ABF has one of the newest, best-maintained fleets on the road – 1,600 road tractors, 2,500 city tractors, and more than 17,000 trailers. Their three-year road tractor replacement cycle ensures that ABF continually has one of the youngest fleets in the industry. ABF employs 7,000 drivers. 2,647 of these drivers received the safe driving award for long-term, accident free driving (over one million accident-free miles or 15,000 accident free hours).
