The bulkhead consists of two identical 4' x 8' plywood panels. Metal loadbars mounted to each panel are equipped with black rubber pads that press against the trailer walls to secure the bulkhead inside the trailer. The small round silver button is used to adjust loadbar length. Pumping the black lever with your hand will extend the tightening arm out up to 8 inches. The tightening arm retracts into the loadbar by holding down the red button while compressing the arm into the loadbar. Please ensure that the panels always remain in a dry place, not exposed to moisture.
* For security, it is recommended that you cover your belongings with a tarp or cardboard before installing the bulkhead.
Safety Measures:protective gloves should be worn while assembling and disassembling the bulkhead. U-Pack recommends two-person setup and removal as demonstrated in the photos.
