U-Pack delivered on time no problems. I really liked being able to track where in the cross country move our stuff was. A big plus is that the credit card is charged when the van was dropped off. We had a few stop load braces which were very beneficial. We also used folded up empty boxes to make the load tight. Everything arrived. No surprises. I'd use them again if I had to move again.

This is the second time my wife and I have used U-PACK. The staff is always professional and courteous. First time we used pods and those were convenient with just the two of us. Since, our family has grown and we needed the 28 foot trailer. That was awesome. I couldn’t believe the low cost of moving so much stuff out of state. I had no problem at all using U-Pack. I strongly recommend. All the staff was helpful and always willing to find a way to make more easy considering my needs. I moved from Baltimore to Austin.

This was my first experience with ABF U-Pack. I researched my moving options online quite a bit, watched videos, got a quote and decided to go with U-Pack. They were the least expensive (even compared to U-Haul). Everyone I had dealings with in person or over the phone were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that our shipment got hung up in Atlanta, GA for about a week. We were told that it was due to the Easter Holiday weekend and bad weather up north that caused a backlog. If I ever had to do it again, (and I hope I never have to), I would use U-Pack again. However I would purchase actual, uniform MOVING BOXES rather than random sized boxes because they were harder to stack tightly. The how-to videos were helpful but none of them showed how to cope with large, odd shaped items like easy chairs, bikes, patio tables, etc. We managed ok though. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them for inexpensive, ease of use, no headache, no hassle long distance moving.

It took 3 cube's but NOTHING got broken! I was concerned since it was mentioned to me me that "you stuff will look like it's fallen off a cliff" so I made sure to get matching boxes at (Lowes or Home Depot) and packed all the stuff with packing paper (glass and breakables) and books on the bottom row. I even had some antiques come through unscathed. I built a cube round them, put a board/book shelf on top of the boxes and continued on. It was perfect. I could not have done it for that price with a u-Haul, especially with a detour to Yellowstone!

I do not do surveys, BUT in this case I will tell anyone who is reading : U-Pack made mu move a breeze. All of their employees, on the phones and in person where most polite and understanding. I very highly recommend my friends to use U-Pack to assist you in moving your stuff.

Outstanding! Moving from Washington state to Florida @ 3100+ miles. I used the entire trailer, packed out in a weekend, shipped on Monday, received it Next Thursday (10 days travel time), Unloaded over the Weekend and they picked up the empty trailer on Monday!. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE! You use only the space you need. They use a plywood bulk head that you install and place your own locks on to secure your portion of the trailer. It doesn’t matter if you know how to pack or not, If you need help to pack, they can refer professional services to you and they have reasonable rates. If you know how to pack, then you can save even more, as I did.
