U-Pack is the way to go!!! Just as expensive as a Uhaul but far less hastle! Great way to move. I would do it again if i had to move in the future! The Memphis team was Outstanding
Everything was conducted and handled smoothly from start to finish. The only issue we had was that we "had" to have them pick up the bulkhead and ramp separately because we reserved the entire 28-foot trailer and there was no room. Normally, we were "supposed" to have both of those items in the trailer, but they were courteous enough to make amends for that.
I coudn't ask for better when i ran into problems.their patience was wonderfull.
I was unsure about using Upack in the beginning but we had no other way to get our house packed up and moved due to our driveway not being set up for big trucks. They work GREAT and the employees at both locations have been AWESOME!!! Will use this service again in the future!
