UPack is literally the worst business I have ever dealt with. Our truck showed up 6 days late after already having 8 days to make the trip (that's two weeks total, for those of you keeping score at home). Half of our things were soaking wet, and our bed frame was broken. There was zero remorse, and not even a hint at offering us any sort of refund or even partial money back.

I am a disabled woman with a friend who has been waiting for my cube since yesterday. The storage facility I am waiting at closes at seven and now they tell me that I have to wait another 45 mins. for my cube to arrive. I am going to have to stay with my belongings overnight in the parking lot in a strange city because two women cannot possibly unload a cube and fill the storage unit before closing. I am beside myself and so sorry that I went with this company. The Wisconsin end was fine. The Brooklyn side is rude, ill-informed, and one star is way too high for them.

I have a friend who has his belongings currently held hostage. He has given payment plans which would clear debt in 3 weeks, but they want to rack up the $500/month rental fees. Once we get him out of this, then you will become a target for me.

This company is a joke. They dropped off the trailer across the street and left it hanging out into the street by three feet. After contact the company multiple times about the trailer being in the road and needing to be moved with no success I wanted to share their stupidity. When someone gets killed from hitting this thing in the middle of the night I will make sure their lawyer has all the info I left about requesting this to be moved.

I recently used U-Pack to move based on some [bad] advice from my realtor. I have to say it has been the most frustrating, discouraging, and most expensive move of my life. When I opened up the trailer, my belongings were in a pile. I took pictures of my damaged belongings and attempted to fill out a claim on their website. The website site locked up on me. After getting the run-around with multiple U-Pack personnel, I finally ended up making screen shots of my online claim form and emaile...  See Mored the claim. My claim was for $1,572.95 of damaged personal belongings back in May 2016. Over 2 months later, I received an email from U-Pack offering me a $150 “good faith” offer if I would sign a “Release of all Claims” form. Are you kidding me?!?! The people at U-Pack are the most incompetent movers I have ever known. They are the masters of finger pointing. They do not know how to take responsibility. However, they sure knew know how to take my money. I will NEVER use this company again and I will tell everyone about my unfortunate experience in hopes that it will save them from having the same moving experience I had.

Will never use them again. Pissed off the fact that they cannot pick the trailer up the same day. Now I have to unload the truck from the front office to my apartment . I would give y'all a zero star for sure. I'm paying 2,000 dollar to do your job and can't pick up my trailer the same day..

I thought I was being smart using U Pack on my cross country move from South Carolina to California. I didn't want to drive a uhaul for five days and 3k miles, and U Pack's pricing was fair. We loaded our entire house into a budget rental truck, and drove it to the ABF freight center where we then packed it into their trailer. We packed meticulously. I invested over $200 in moving blankets, mattress covers, plastic wrapping for all of my furniture and new boxes. We spent three hours packing the...  See More UPACK / ABF trailer until it was perfect, doing everything we could to make sure our stuff would arrive in one piece. The ABF guys even helped us tie down our gear and close the door for us, saying everything looked good. When we got to California and opened the door on our trailer, everything we owned was destroyed. If you had told me our trailer had flipped over on the freeway while going 80MPH I would have believed you. We were heartbroken. One of their drivers had clearly driven like an absolute maniac. All of our boxes had been crushed. All of our wooden furniture cracked, scraped, punctured. Our glass tables completely shattered. Our couches torn. I paid U Pack $1901 to destroy at least $4,000 in possessions (still opening the boxes and finding more bad news). Add in the trucks I had to rent to bring my stuff to them and pick it up... Oh the best part. They are offering me 10 cents a pound on my gear. $101 is their offer on my $6000 claim. And a token gesture of $500, which I have not and will not accept. They are going to essentially cover 10% of my loss. What a horrible experience. It is OK U Pack. Me and the fiancee will cover the other 90%. AWFUL. Also, everything was filthy upon arrival. Covered in some sort of white powder dust. Total loss by using U Pack: Over $6,000.

We moved from Seattle to Las Vegas. Everyone I spoke to, everyone I had personal contact with was polite and very helpful. The move was emotional but it went very smooth. A big thank you to Upack and ABF.
