We had ups and downs with our experience with U-Pack moving from Wisconsin to Arizona. We scheduled it more than a month in advance as our truck needed to be at our new house by the 29th. The day the truck was to be delivered between 12-4, it never came and we had to call U-Pack. U-Pack & their parent company ABF were fantastic every step of the way. biggest highlight: they delivered the trailer for minutes into a two hour window! I changed my entire moving plan last minute when I checked the BBB rating for the company I was going to use and it was an F. If I could give a minus 10 I would! They broke all my things!!! I moved from CA to OR and not only it took over a week to get my truck, but when I opened it... I found my things a mess. We packed it tightly and secured everything, it should have been an easy move. Instead, my dresser and tv ruined! Glassware squished... And so on! Besides the fact they were expensive, it's ridiculous that they broke my stuff! The truck looked like it had fallen off an airplane! A disaster. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!

It has been 9 days since they picked up my trailer in California and still has not been delivered. Worst idea ever to use Upack!!
They delivered and picked up fast. I had 2 large mirrors and nothing was broken. The employees were so nice and very helpful. Thank you for making a difficult move a little easier.
U pack is one of th most economical ways to move out of state. I had bedroom furniture to move from NY to Ga they brought the pod to my house I pack it and they took it to the warehouse and ship it in to days. I was out of the country vacationing and they held my pod until I was ready to receive it no damages everything in tack awesome service. Much cheaper than renting a truck and driving myself. And they offered discounts would definitely do again great professional people.
WHAT A GREAT WAY TO MOVE. CONSIDERABLY LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE TRADITIONAL WAY.. WE DIDNT HAVE A LOT TO MOVE,BUT WE HAD EXCELLENT HELP FROM MOVING STAFFERS. THE OFFICE ITS SELF WAS VERY ORGANIZED AND HELPFUL. IM THRILLED THAT WE FOUND THESE GUYS
