My entire experience with U-Pack was excellent. From my first reservations and needing to postpone my move (no additional fee) to the actual move – delivery of the cube and getting it picked up, plus meeting it on the other end – all went well! Customer service from U-Pack was always very pleasant when I called too. We'll definitely use U-Pack for future moves!

Two trailers and one medium rental truck is so much better than 4 or more rental truck trips. I would have driven for four days straight for over 1800 miles in addition to loading and unloading. With U-Pack, Old Dominion parked a semi trailer in my driveway(The driver did such a wonderful job of maneuvering the trailer into just the right position), and we loaded it in two days.
