We moved from Ocala, FL to Malta, NY this month and we are so happy that we chose U-Pack! Their customer service was awesome. I made a couple changes along the way in the beginning with move dates and pick up dates and the staff at customer service were very helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. Everything up to delivery was great. However, ABF freight company lacks communication with their customers. Received ONE phone call telling me they expected Reloc cube the next week. Since I did not hear from them, I made numerous calls to get status. They told me they would deliver in afternoon, showed up at 5:54PM. Contacted U-Pack Customer Service & spoke with Kyle who resolved my dissatisfaction with ABF Freight
