We moved from Ocala, FL to Malta, NY this month and we are so happy that we chose U-Pack! Their customer service was awesome. I made a couple changes along the way in the beginning with move dates and pick up dates and the staff at customer service were very helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. It was a good experience only one thing the cubes r on the small size not as big as podi other than that it good on time,pick up and will schedule ur delivery on time and price is good not like Podi. Abf is there mover freight company very good ellecent service and professional polite there to help. Will use again go upack and abf freight
I am very happy with U-Pack! Trailer was dropped for loading promptly at 7am and picked up three days later at same time. At the delivery point- I scheduled a Tuesday delivery drop and hoped for a reasonably early one but it showed up at 6pm? Kind of wasted the day waiting! Can't say enough good about the drop-off driver in Ocala though, as our bulkhead had jammed tight and it took three of us and his expertise to get it loose.
