It was such a relief to leave our things in the U-Pack cubes, get in the car, and drive without everything trailing behind us. Much more economical than other movers. The Team in both Kernersville and Charlotte jumped through hoops to make a very difficult move very simple. The Drivers in Charlotte tucked the trailers into a spot I couldn't imaging was possible. Great job!!
Best moving experience I have had moving myself (I move a lot). The company was able to help me pretty last minute with a small window to pick up and drop off, and to top it off when plans had to change because of an accident the day of drop off they were patient and helpful. Everyone at customer service and both freight drivers were friendly and kind. They also hands down offered the best price. Can't beat this! Moving is stressful, but this experience took some of that stress away!

As many other reviews have stated, ABF and U-Pack are tremendous. The customer service is first-rate from the folks on the phone to the drivers who handle the cube on both ends of the move. The time to transit from Washington State to Virginia was faster than expected and the website allowed me to track the progress. The cube itself was sturdy and watertight. The inside vertical struts were perfect for attaching ratcheting straps so all of my load stayed put with no shifting or damage. I wholeheartedly recommend going with U-Pack if you want a smooth move of your belongings.
