We had a fantastic experience with U-Pack. Everything was like clockwork, the cubes were easy to work with, and unloading was a breeze! I highly recommend them for long distance moves.

U-Pack made things super easy and cost effective for my cross country move. Delivery and pick-up went smoothly on both ends of the move. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

Our move took us from Denver, CO to Pasadena, CA. U-Pack was amazing! There was a typo in my husband's phone number, which was fixed immediately. The drop off of the truck went VERY smoothly and the driver went over the process with my husband and made sure he had all contact info, should he have any questions. There was a MINOR issue with installing the bulkheads which I called and advised customer service about prior to pick up. I was advised the pickup driver would handle this, which was done...  See More. Once we arrived in Pasadena, we contacted customer service and arranged for drop off. There was an issue with our parking permit, so I had to call back and arrange for a new drop off date, this was taken care of with no issues. The truck was dropped off on time, the driver even re-parked the truck after a parking issue arose. The following day, the truck was picked up without issue. We cannot say enough nice things about U-pack and would use them again for ANY future moves. The customer service team was amazing and understanding even when I called them in worried tears. They were reassuring, kind and helpful.

I was so glad I chose UPack. It was a seamless experience. It was nice that I had a say in when I wanted my cubes dropped off, picked up and delivered to me. Everyone was very kind from the beginning to the end. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Well ....no one enjoys moving.U-Pack made it as easy ....booked online.... Droped off as promised....Picked up as promised......The same service on receiving.....Inga was very helpful...kind...professional....
