Straight forward drop off, LT dropped ours off in a location that was allocated on a position that worked best for us to load. Overall it was a satisfying experience. Take a lot of headaches out of our moving cross country.
UPack makes it so easy and was the most reasonably priced after looking at U-Haul and other similar providers. We used the trailer option (instead of PODS) and it was even cheaper. Great way to move a long distance and avoid driving a big truck or trailer yourself.

Excellent moving company. More like using a family members moving company business to get a good rate and confidence you won't get taken to the cleaners on pricing and other "fees".
