This is the only way to move! They did exactly what was promised. The trailer was delivered on time. We had it loaded that day. We called and asked them to pick up on a Friday. They said they could not guarantee the Friday pick up, but it would definitely be picked up on Saturday. It was. I was a little skeptical about using a fully online moving company but I was very pleased. I originally paid for 20ft of the trailer and ended up using the entire 28ft of the trailer. It wasn't a problem at all. I also needed an extra day to pack the trailer and it wasn't a problem and at no cost. The trailer was picked up on schedule and made it from CA to SC in less then the estimated time. After some research and reading various reviews, I decided to go with U-Pack. I couldn't be happier with the overall process and service. All of the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent and I was kept up to date on when the truck would arrive at my home. All the standard moving companies want you to fill out a lengthy inventory of everything you plan to put on the truck. U-Pack, how many bedrooms do you plan to move?

Very quick, very efficient, and very friendly. I had booked another moving service who kept delaying and weren't doing anything to make things better. I cancelled them, called U-Pack and had a relocube delivered the next day. All of my belongings were delivered to my new address in 6 days (instead of the 30 days quoted by most other movers) and I saved $700 to boot. Needless to say, U-Pack are awesome and will be my go-to for all my future moves.
U-Pack was excellent with my move down to the details. I recommend them highly. I really appreciated the great communication and tracking of the container especially since there was a lot of travel involved and a hurricane on the loose destined for my arrival to SC.
