Very professional, courteous and economical. Everybody along the way was great! The u-pack drivers we outstanding. Definitely recommend using these guys. I kept looking for hidden fees, but the don't exist. What they quote you is exactly what you pay. I will NEVER go U haul again.
The customer service in the local office and main office was great. They answered all my questions and pointed me to a video when I was afraid the relocube would be too small. They arrived in time for drop off, pick up and final delivery. For the price it's great and the container holds more than you would think. I will use them again.
We used U-Pack on our move from Colorado to SC and it was such a great experience that it was a no brainer that we would use them again a year later on our move to SD. The staff is so great and kept us up to date through the whole process! We highly recommend them over the overpriced moving companies out there!

This is the only way to move! They did exactly what was promised. The trailer was delivered on time. We had it loaded that day. We called and asked them to pick up on a Friday. They said they could not guarantee the Friday pick up, but it would definitely be picked up on Saturday. It was. I was a little skeptical about using a fully online moving company but I was very pleased. I originally paid for 20ft of the trailer and ended up using the entire 28ft of the trailer. It wasn't a problem at all. I also needed an extra day to pack the trailer and it wasn't a problem and at no cost. The trailer was picked up on schedule and made it from CA to SC in less then the estimated time.
