I am very satisfied with this company. I wish I had known about them for my last 2 moves. We did our own packing but their response they're helpfulness their courtesy all was very good I highly recommend them if you're going to make a move I will certainly use them again just I hope not too soon.
This was cheaper and so much easier than Uhaul. I am so glad I decided to do Upack. They even gave me an extra business day to unpack because of the rain in Colorado Springs which prevented my son and I from unloading as quickly as we had hoped.
I was impressed by the pricing and flexible pick up and delivery. They have gave us 5 days to pack which made our move easier and less stressful. They even offer hold on the truck until we get the delivery address. They were so flexible on deivery days without extra cost. They have tracking and you can see at anybtime where is ypur truck. Just amazing! We I will use them again when we go back home for sure!
This is the second time I have used abf to move and the continue to get better than before. The price was better than any competitors and they are super flexible with timing of delivery and pick up of the cubes or trailer. The customer service and dispatch reps were courteous and professional and the drivers were polite and good natured. Kudos to ABF - fantastic experience all around.

The first time I've ever moved and the first time I ever used a shipping company. They were cheaper than driving a U-Haul with exceptional professionalism in explaining everything, as well as answering my questions. I spoke to several people in the office and everyone was knowledgeable which is so reassuring when my stuff is away from me for days at a time. They did everything EARLIER than expected, and when a hiccup occured, they corrected without hesitation. Definitely using them when I move back.
I'm so happy I came across UPack and checked them out. They were the most customer oriented people of all the moving companies I talked to. They walked me through the process and I was on my way. The truck was dropped off as scheduled and picked when I had asked. It made it to my destination before I did. They called and scheduled a delivery time for Friday. Excellent from origin (Mountain View) to destination (Colorado Springs). Drivers on both ends were on time, efficient, skilled and professional. Customer service was friendly and accessible. Shipment of two Relocubes arrived on first day of three day window. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
