I recently used U-Pack for my son's relocation to Denver. Everything was great. I paid a fee to guarantee the delivery date because of our timeframe. The fee was nominal in respect to the piece of mind it provided. I received a call on the Monday of the move week from U-Pack saying my son's stuff was in Denver. We highly recommend U-Pack. They dropped off the trailer to us did not rush us. The came back and picked it up and took it to Arizona where they dropped it off to us and again did not rush us. All items were in excellent condition so I would not hesitate to use them again.

We made a move from Oregon to Texas and absolutely loved working with Upack. The constant communication via text was greatly appreciated. I also liked that I could call at any time to check on the route of our truck. I think the trick is to hire a moving company to simply pack the truck for you. In doing this ourselves, we saved 4 feet of space (they paid for themselves and then some) and only lost a very poorly made bookshelf in the move. There was a few hour delay on delivery of empty trailer but it still arrived ahead of schedule at destination. The staff at both locations was very helpful and professional.
UPAC was very affordable with no hidden fees, they pick up the pod on Tuesday in NY and had it in Florida on Friday. Communication was very good with reminders, schedule times, would recommend to everyone.

Everything was seamless! We scheduled for a cross country move with many moving pieces. We added on a month of storage as we waiting for our home to close - just a quick phone call secured our storage. The pods were dropped off and NOTHING was broken or damaged. When moving 1600 miles away, a lot could go wrong and nothing did. Would highly recommend and use again.
Best experience ever. They gave us 5 days to pack the trailer. It was delivered on schedule and there was nothing broken. Price was very reasonable for a 2600 mile move. Would highly recommend them.

This company was so easy to work with on our complex move from NY to SC. We needed to get our belongings out of our NY house so it could be cleaned in preparation for the family coming into it. On the other hand, our house in SC was still being renovated. We counted on the trucks taking the maximum number of days to arrive, plus weekend and 4th of July as a buffer for the contractor. My whole experience with U-pack was awesome, from the convenience of loading the truck on my schedule to them giving me a couple extra days to get my stuff because my apartment wasn't ready. and definitely, the cheapest way to move. I definitely will recommend U-pack to anybody that needs to move.
