Very professional. Helpful and courteous staff both in Minnesota and Long Island. My things arrived at the very start of the window I was given and in great shape. Would absolutely recommend for moving across the country on a budget.

U-Pack was one of our best moving choices we made. We got a great deal compared to all of the other options out there. In a lot of cases it was half the cost! When our trailer was dropped off, the driver took the time to explain the whole process and provide us with tons of valuable tips to make the move from WA to NC smooth. I wasn't sure if our experience in WA was unique until I got to NC and had the same great experience with the guy delivering the trailer right to our storage facility! Great service from scheduling, drivers, to dispatch.

Last year, my daughter moved from Raleigh, NC back to San Diego & U-Pack was reliable; they dropped off the cubes & picked them up & delivered them to San Diego within a week. The last thing I wanted to do was move my family cross-country inside a Uhaul or caravan with a car and truck. If you've got the do-it-yourself energy and a few buddies to bribe with pizza and beer, U-Pack is the best solution. I look forward to utilizing their services again in the future... hopefully not too soon in the future.
This is the only way to move! The customer service is top notch. The product is easy and very reasonable for moving a mile or thousands of miles. They will even store it for 14 days for free! I have never had such an easy time with a moving company. The truck is solid. You can use 8ft or 28ft. If you do not know not to worry when they are ready to pick up re-adjust your amount of space needed for your move. Fantastic!!!!!!
U-Pack was fantastic and accommodating during our interstate move. They were flexible with our various, unexpected delays. (Perhaps they should review us instead.) They were on schedule for drop off, pickup, and final delivery.
