Awesome company, awesome staff, absolutely stellar service! I highly recommend UPack to anyone that is moving. Staff on every end of the business were just so kind and accommodating. I can't say enough positive things about our move experience from California to Indiana with UPack.
We had a great experience with U-pack on both the pick up and delivery! The container was smaller than we expected but that was our fault on miscalculating what we really needed. We had a 1 bedroom apartment and it did not all fit in one container and we ended up leaving alot of things behind.

excellent is the only word i have for my experience with u-pack moving from california to massachusetts. the staff were very accommodating, the service prompt, and the price better than what other friends paid for their move. what amazed me is that my stuff beat me to the east coast, arriving in 5 business days in the middle of winter. i would definitely recommend u-pack for all your cross country moving needs.

The best! I used U-Pack to move cross-country. I loaded everything at the service center. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even when we had trouble installing the bulkhead. Not only did my shipment beat me across the country, not a single thing was damaged during the 3,000 mile journey.
I originally planned to use their ReloCube, but 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered I realized my belongings won't fit in the container. They changed my reservation free of charge and sent out an empty 28 foot trailer with a folding ramp instead. Customer service reserved 10 feet, but I managed to load everything in 6 feet and they automatically changed the charge to the used footage. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company. We were trying to price out the best way to get about 10 feet worth of family belongings from one state to another, U-Pack's prices were far better then other companies that I looked into and got a trailer to fill to the ceiling instead of a 6 foot tall pod. This company and the freight company they selected to actually carry my cubes offered nothing but the best service you could ever hope for when moving across the country. They showed up on time, were exceedingly accommodating even when due to a miscommunication we had to have our cubes dropped off to us twice and they did so with no extra charge or complaint. I retired from the Fire Dept and moved from IL to AZ. I visited the facility in Oswego, to get a better idea of how big the Relo Cubes were. I also looked at the semi trailers, and they explained that no other homes things would be on the truck, but that they do add freight loads to the truck, to go to that area. I used U-Pack for my winter move from Arizona to Colorado. Customer service was great. Pick up and delivery were on time. I reserved 2 cubes, only used 1. They did as they say and only charged me for the 1 I used even though 2 were dropped off and picked up from my starting destination. Compared to the other services I researched they were a good value. I recommend them and will use U-Pack again.

UPack made our move from Florida to Kentucky go as smoothly as possible. The communication from initial quote to the final pick-up of the trailer after unloading was top notch. My move was really different. Washington to Florida. In addition to a household, there was a complete woodshop with a couple of machines over thousand pounds each. The professional movers I tried last time had broken a couple machines. Their adjuster explained that machines like that needed professional equipment packers and serious trucks. I chose U-Pack because it was the best value for my move from Austin to Portland. They were reliable, on time, and available to communicate about delivery and pickup. I underestimated how much the small ReLoCube would hold! If I'd had more boxes ready to go, they would have fit in the cube. Moving Staffers is affiliated with them; I was as happy with them as with U-Pack.
