Using UPack to move from Connecticut to Kentucky was absolutely flawless. The company itself was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. As we all know moving is not an easy task. Very easy to use! Delivery was prompt, moving blankets very reasonable and had my truck 16 hours away the following week. Everyone I spoke with on both ends we're courteous and followed through without any additional calls and the final charge was less than quoted in that I did not use the entire truck! Very pleased!! Amazing people! Customer service is awesome! Super friendly people and great service. I had to cancel my move at the last minute and they were able to bring my upack box back to my house with no problems! Really they were the only sunshine for a few days during that week for me! Recommend highly! Will be using them again for next move for sure! �����

Our move was easy. We had to go to Oakland as they did not deliver the containers to our address. The packing was easy. The shipping was fast and we were informed all the way. The container was delivered promptly from Hilo to our home in Kea `au. The container was in great shape with nothing damaged. All in all, we are very satisfied with our first experience with U-Pack! I would highly recommend their service.
We've been working with u pack since Sept about a move from Madison, Ohio to South Carolina. While everything around us has gone wrong, Upack has been our one saving grace. The folks at Old Dominion (contracted to move us) as well as the upack team were great. Very pleasant and helpful. The OD drivers were friendly and kowledgeable. Our truck was supposed to take 4-6 days to arrive in SC, but only took 3 days. I would definately use Upack again and will be recommending them to anyone moving.
Service was FANTASTIC. They arrived when they said they would, Picked up the pods when they were ready. Delayed our delivery because they were repaving our new neighborhood ( we would have had to go into storage normally) . They recommended a great company for unloading, ( Who were able to come earlier in the day than first scheduled which worked out better for me ) The pods were picked up this morning first thing, I will tell all my friends and family to use U-Pack it was super easy and very reasonable in cost. So glad we did a little research and found Upack. They have, as they say "A lot of cooks in the kitchen" but our move across the US was seamless! Highly, Highly recommend UPack!
We highly recommend U-Pack. They dropped off the trailer to us did not rush us. The came back and picked it up and took it to Florida where they dropped it off to us and again did not rush us. All items were in excellent condition so I would not hesitate to use them again.
U-Pack did an excellent job handling my move. Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and pleasant. My belongings arrived in great shape. I would definitely use U-Pack again.

What can I say other than u pack made my move as easy and as pain free as possible. From the start customer service was excellent. It's a long story just let me say I was under a lot of pressure to get this move done timely with a particular schedule which included moving 3 pods 900 miles away.
