Excellent both on drop off and pick up - even with recent weather issues delivered to destination late in the day but delivered on time. Helpful driver explained and assisted making our move fast and trouble free. Can not say enough about this solution to moving state to state.
My move was from Florida to Massachusetts. I have moved many times (I think I'm up to 26 or 27 moves now) but this is my first time using UPack. This is the best and most economical way to move! If you can come up with some friends and family to help load and unload the pods, this is the way to move. We did and save almost $3000 over hiring a traditional moving company. U-Pack's customer service was great! Highly recommended.
Don't hesitate considering U-Pack for your move...it's simple, streamlined, & the people are Super! Had 2 cubes moved from OH to FL with absolutely no concerns or problems. From my initial reservation w/Steven in AR to Rick from the delivery facility in Kent, OH to the great staff in Jacksonville, FL the company accommodates you with an emphasis in communicating status updates all the way through.
This is so much better than pods and packrat. Less expensive! More convenient. But why? Pods are about 6 feet high inside. Upack/abf is an actual small semi trailer which is 11 feet high. So if you run out of room in a pod you have to order more but then your whole move comes to a stop if they cant get one to you. Upack had all the room we needed. Every single touch point I had with this company was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful, the communication was on point, and the drivers from ABF were super helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend this service highly enough. We moved 2500 miles with a 26' truck and didn't worry about a thing. Thank you Upack for taking the biggest part of the move and making it the easiest. We had ups and downs with our experience with U-Pack moving from Wisconsin to Arizona. We scheduled it more than a month in advance as our truck needed to be at our new house by the 29th. The day the truck was to be delivered between 12-4, it never came and we had to call U-Pack. U-Pack & their parent company ABF were fantastic every step of the way. biggest highlight: they delivered the trailer for minutes into a two hour window! I changed my entire moving plan last minute when I checked the BBB rating for the company I was going to use and it was an F. If I could give a minus 10 I would! They broke all my things!!! I moved from CA to OR and not only it took over a week to get my truck, but when I opened it... I found my things a mess. We packed it tightly and secured everything, it should have been an easy move. Instead, my dresser and tv ruined! Glassware squished... And so on! Besides the fact they were expensive, it's ridiculous that they broke my stuff! The truck looked like it had fallen off an airplane! A disaster. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!!!

It has been 9 days since they picked up my trailer in California and still has not been delivered. Worst idea ever to use Upack!!
They delivered and picked up fast. I had 2 large mirrors and nothing was broken. The employees were so nice and very helpful. Thank you for making a difficult move a little easier.
U pack is one of th most economical ways to move out of state. I had bedroom furniture to move from NY to Ga they brought the pod to my house I pack it and they took it to the warehouse and ship it in to days. I was out of the country vacationing and they held my pod until I was ready to receive it no damages everything in tack awesome service. Much cheaper than renting a truck and driving myself. And they offered discounts would definitely do again great professional people.
WHAT A GREAT WAY TO MOVE. CONSIDERABLY LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE TRADITIONAL WAY.. WE DIDNT HAVE A LOT TO MOVE,BUT WE HAD EXCELLENT HELP FROM MOVING STAFFERS. THE OFFICE ITS SELF WAS VERY ORGANIZED AND HELPFUL. IM THRILLED THAT WE FOUND THESE GUYS
I highly highly recommend this company. Their prices are reasonable compared to all the other moving options. I moved my aunt from Florida to New Jersey. I made the mistake of not ordering enough cubes for the move. They were very helpful with rescheduling at no extra cost. I communicated with both distribution centers and 800# and their customer service is absolutely exceptional across the board. They kept me updated through text and email. Everything arrived right on time. It was easy breezy!!
