I recently used U-Pack to move based on some [bad] advice from my realtor. I have to say it has been the most frustrating, discouraging, and most expensive move of my life. Overall great price and experience for long distance move...storage of loaded truck until I had a house lined up [2-1/2 months] was effortless and very reasonable! Customer support was very easy to deal with and communication was reliable. Highly recommend!
Super flexible. No commitments until pick up. They scheduled 2 trucks since I thought I might not fit in one but they let me know I could cancel the second any time. Delivered goods right when they said the would. Stored our stuff (for a reasonable fee) so we didn't have to worry about meeting the truck on time. I'd certainly use them again. They take all the worry out of moving house.
From start to finish awesome experience. Great communication and they did what they said they would do. It was move for my daughter starting Medical school from Los Angeles to Scranton PA. Would definitely recommend the .
