They had best quotes and best cutomersrvice. I've used termial to terminal service, and all 4 busy yads I've been in have been very helpful and professional. I've used mvers helpers fom UPACK 3 TIMES AND all but one guy was really good and diligent. Even he was nice and professioal, just not very skilled at packing. The next day moving, he did fine. I am very satisfied overall. Note the mover helpers are not UPack employees, they are contractors only. I'm saying I saved about 2500 on two moves, of very small loads, compared to high priced full service movers. Plus youget the stuff on theother end so much faster! And UPACK can make getting it easier, since they have the ability to park the small truck extra dys if you need it.

Loading and unloading of trailer went as expected. They provide tie downs, a wonderful ramp to use, and a "security wall" to put up whenever you're done packing. There are also overhead bars that can be adjusted and used as shelves in the trailer. Downsides: when our trailer was to be dropped off the driver was 2 hours late. When our trailer was to be picked up the driver was 3 hours late (past the window we were told) When we arrived at our destination, surprisingly the trailer made it there qu...  See Moreite quickly and we were able to unpack sooner than expected. The driver in this case dropped the trailer off at the early end of the window we were given, and it was gone almost immediately after we were done unloading!

My move from CA to MN was made as easy as is possible when moving. Drivers were helpful and friendly and so was everyone else I spoke with about my drop off and delivery. My scheduled time for drop off and delivery were on time, as specified. I would definitely use U-Pack ABF Trucking for all my moves in the future.

The move was much cheaper than hiring a professional mover and much less stressful. The staff and driver were very nice and we were able to find out where our belongings were during the move. Very professional and the whole experience was much less stressful than any other move we have had - that includes professional movers who broke a lot of our stuff. Highly recommend them!! the driver came several hours early to pick up the truck - however we were given a discount on our bill due to the inconvenience and that was very nice.
