Our U-Pack experience was great. The online assistance with pricing, scheduling, and the move process was excellent and helpful. The drivers for both our pickup location and our delivery location were courteous and helpful. We highly recommend.
U-Pack is the way to go!!! Just as expensive as a Uhaul but far less hastle! Great way to move. I would do it again if i had to move in the future! The Memphis team was Outstanding
Everything was conducted and handled smoothly from start to finish. The only issue we had was that we "had" to have them pick up the bulkhead and ramp separately because we reserved the entire 28-foot trailer and there was no room. Normally, we were "supposed" to have both of those items in the trailer, but they were courteous enough to make amends for that.
