Our move from Prescott Valley, Az to Mendon, Utah went very smooth. The extra space was needed as I had more stuff than I had realized. The ABF drivers were very helpful on both ends. I definitely would use "U-Pack" if moving again.
This was my first time moving out of California and I expected a nightmare. Upack made it so easy and everything arrived in great shape. I changed my plans several times but they were super accommodating. I highly recommend them!
We were very happy with the communication and scheduling of the U-Pack Eau Claire. Easy to pack and secure. The Delivery not so much, the truck was scheduled to arrive between 8AM and 5PM, it finally arrived at 5:20PM but without a ramp to unload. Not a good thing. Way too hard without a ramp. Choice was for truck to come back another day with a ramp or manually unload out the back. Already waited ALL day so That wasn’t a good option. Make sure a ramp is available at both ends. Otherwise loved the concept. Marty Noonan
