I am very disappointed with this move from NY to AZ. We were scheduled for pick up between 8am-4pm (which is a large window in itself). By 6pm, I had to call to see where the driver was, as we had been outside waiting in the cold with no power. The dispatcher realized that no one had been dispatched. I asked to have someone notify us of the pick up as we had to leave the location. We never heard from dispatch. We had to call back several times to find out the status. Our neighbor ended up...  See More being the person to tell us. Then, we were promised a drop date on Monday. The trailer did not arrive until Wednesday. No explanation was given. When we received our items on the other side of the country, the bulkhead/security divider was damaged. We unloaded our goods, which took us some time, and when we turned on our tv, we realized that the tv had been damaged due to negligence on U-Pack's part and not ours. They denied our claim and we're left with a broken tv. I would not recommend using them. The idea of packing and unpacking your items is a great idea; however, it's not necessarily worth the headache. I'd rather not spend close to $3000 to have them ship our items across the country and still have to buy new items when we arrive.
