My move was from Mentor to Las Vegas. They dropped off the container in the time frame they promised and picked up same day I called for pick up. Picked up container on a Tuesday at 10:00 am and delivered to Vegas by Friday 8am! Everything intact utilizing their packing tips to keep your items safe. U-Pack made a cross-country move from Denver to Los Angeles when I didn't even know what address I was moving to when I was packing the pods a STRESS-FREE experience. They were professionals and it still cost less than a normal loading up a trailer experience.
The best experience a person could ask for in a moving service. I moved across country and the we're on time every step of the way. Also arrived ahead of time at destination. We moved household items from a relatives home in Calif to Tx. U-Pack was extremely professional and accommodating every step of the way. Customer service was top notch!
