Excellent service from beginning to end! Ordering a relocube was so easy and the cost was definitely doable - payment taken successfully. They dropped off the empty unit, my parents packed our stuff up for us, and a driver picked it up a couple days later. We waited for the unit over the weekend and it was delivered on a Tuesday. The driver from the Lawrenceville location (Kirk) was SO nice and helpful! We unloaded the unit onsite really quick and he was able to take the empty unit away within 20 mins. Thanks again!! We just moved from Arizona to Washington State and had an amazing experience with UPack! The price was way better than all other quotes, both delivery drivers were super friendly, everybody on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, and our stuff came quickly and undamaged! I moved from Colorado to MN and this was the best experience! The people were all very friendly, the truck was delivered on time and I was able to have it delivered to my new home just when I needed it! I had plenty of help to pack and unload and the cost was great compared to having someone come and do it all. I did have friends with moving company experience, so they knew how to pack the truck perfectly! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is moving! Thank you U-Pack !
