Our experience moving from MA to VA was flawless from making the reservation to removal of the empty cubes. Every person I had contact with was friendly and efficient including the men who helped with the loading and unloading. In addition it cost about half the quotes I received from traditional moving companies. I strongly recommend U-Pack if you are planning a move.
Just moved from Oregon to Colorado. Upack/ABFwere less expensive than traditional movers. We had more control of timing. The load and unload timing was flexible. Everything arrived safely, just as we packed it.

Very professional, courteous and economical. Everybody along the way was great! The u-pack drivers we outstanding. Definitely recommend using these guys. I kept looking for hidden fees, but the don't exist. What they quote you is exactly what you pay. I will NEVER go U haul again.
The customer service in the local office and main office was great. They answered all my questions and pointed me to a video when I was afraid the relocube would be too small. They arrived in time for drop off, pick up and final delivery. For the price it's great and the container holds more than you would think. I will use them again.
