I found the entire experience of using UPack very easy. Pods delivered to my door. Picked up and shipped. No gas cost. Time frame is rather flexible, within limits. Then delivered to end destination, all for one price. They have lots of discounts offered as well. I did do a comparison to their competition and UPack was considerably less expensive and pod size was more what I needed. Understandable because you're keeping them from using those pods for the next person that needs them. If that does not happen, the cost is often lower than renting a truck and associated gas. The drivers were polite and professional. My belongings arrived safely and with very little disturbance. But pack well to avoid things falling over inside the pods. That's on you. There was never any confusion about steps needed to take at each stage. Information is provided and backed up in multiple formats. Paper, verbal and email. If I have to move any distance in the future, I will definitely use UPack again. Been a UHaul customer for decades and have moved far more than the average person. Always happy with that choice.

Absolutely amazed by the outstanding service from ABF U-Pack. This is no doubt the most economical and stress free way to move. Moved from Oregon to Missouri! These people are wonderful and will help you with anything. The truck arrived on time and we had people to help load it. When I arrived in Missouri the people delivered the truck when needed and everyone was wonderful. My mother moved a month later with two trucks full and the customer service with u-pack is really the best. I would use this service again anywhere. When they say to not use the plastic tubs and to use cardboard boxes because of less damage is very...  See More true. You think the plastic bins are sturdy they are not. Packing boxes are the best. The service was excellent ... an easy and efficient way to transport your belongings across the country. Our move was small but as seniors we appreciate the simplicity of the process. The price was economical as well...one flat price with no list of additional charges. Great idea for those seasonal folks that travel south for the winter.

U-pack delivered and placed my Pod where I requested it be placed. All the drivers where very helpful with all my questions. They exceeded my needs. They were very flexable with my time and needs. I was able to track my pod from San Jose California to Union Kentucky. The pod arrived with all of my contents just as I had placed them. I was especially happy seeing My 60" flat screen with out a scratch. Having this service of my things being delivered via Pod, enabled me to enjoy a mini vacation driving back. Without any worries. This is the only way to move. Thank you

This was easy. They drop off a trailer, you pack it at your leisure, the way you want, call when it's loaded, and they take care of transporting it to your final destination. After unloading, you make another call for the trailer to be picked up, and the cost savings was fantastic! I will use U-Pack again if I ever move again.

I moved from Oregon to Alabama in August. I have made several moves crisscrossing the country using every carrier from major long haul companies to Uhaul to make those treks. This was a solo move this time and I was looking for the most bang for the buck. I received multiple quotes from pods to Uhaul and then I found U-Pack. The price that I was quoted in the very beginning was the actual total at the end of the process .... remarkable! Other comments that I read in the reviews as far as tight packing and dusty environs are great tips to note. Not that I have any plans to move again in the near future, but If I should, the first place I'll call is U-Pack.

I have used U-Pack twice. Both times they have been great. Fact this last time was short notice and I was in a huge bind. They really came through. I highly suggest using them if you don't mind doing the packing. Very reliable and professional group of people!

I had a great experience with Upack. I received my furniture a week early. Using this company really saved me from driving my furniture from California my self. I also saved money and the stress. I highly recommend this company. Great customer service too. Hopefully I'm done with moving but if I have to move cross country again it will be with Upack. Thanks much.....

We felt comfortable with U-pack ( also abf freight). Other companies were fast talkers and just didn't feel right. Also your able to negotiate a price that works for both parties. Plenty of room at both locations to load and unload. Our move was from Vancouver WA to North Carolina. Their communication was awesome. I received emails before my loading date, and text messages and tracking abilities throughout the trip! Very east to work with and very flexible. I would hands down use U-pack anytime I move.
