U-Pack is great for the flexibility of how much to keep or leave behind. U-pack only charged by the linear foot. So after selling furniture, I only needed 9 linear feet versus 14 estimated, saved money.

I would highly recommend this company! We had hired another company to move from Philadelphia to Nevada, they picked up our items and did not deliver them. A friend had moved using UPack and I thought I would, too. It's a cost effective way to move. My move was particularly stressful because of a delayed closing. The fellows at ABF Freight couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
Total nightmare... never use them again. They wouldn't deliver to my final destination. Had to back out of a lease, lose my deposit and find another place to live.

If you're moving far (we just moved 800 miles) they were awesome!! Excellent communication the whole way and everything was delivered/picked up/delivered and then picked up again on schedule!!! I would highly recommend.
I had a great experience with U-Pack. I moved from Los Angeles to Alabama. The truck came on the day a requested. And they delivered it to the location I wanted on the day I wanted. I had three guys help me unpack the truck and they were very friendly and efficient. I will gladly use them again.
U-Pack's customer service was phenomenal. They worked with us through the uncertainty of a closing date on our house. We moved across the country and they stored our stuff for us, but when I realized we would go over the month mark by a week I called them and they were so great about giving us the extra week without extra charge!
