The first time I've ever moved and the first time I ever used a shipping company. They were cheaper than driving a U-Haul with exceptional professionalism in explaining everything, as well as answering my questions. I spoke to several people in the office and everyone was knowledgeable which is so reassuring when my stuff is away from me for days at a time. They did everything EARLIER than expected, and when a hiccup occured, they corrected without hesitation. Definitely using them when I move back.

I'm so happy I came across UPack and checked them out. They were the most customer oriented people of all the moving companies I talked to. They walked me through the process and I was on my way. The truck was dropped off as scheduled and picked when I had asked. It made it to my destination before I did. They called and scheduled a delivery time for Friday. I got a call back the next day and was asked if I would be able to take delivery a day early and it would not count against me. Everyone at the destination here are very customer oriented as well. I hope I don't ever have to move again, but if I have to I'll definately will be calling UPack!! Excellent from origin (Mountain View) to destination (Colorado Springs). Drivers on both ends were on time, efficient, skilled and professional. Customer service was friendly and accessible. Shipment of two Relocubes arrived on first day of three day window. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Highly recommend Upack (ABF) moving service. Recently, my wife and I moved from San Diego, CA to Boston, MA, and were able to do so at a significantly reduced cost by using Upack. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and the terminal to terminal option was convenient since we had access to there shipping center basically 24/7 while loading our cubes. We were moving a one bed apartment and used two cubes: one we were able to fit a king bed w/ two box springs, a couch, and a TON of boxes. The other ...  See Morewe used for some other furniture items. The nice thing is you can reserve two cubes and if you only use one, you only have to pay for one. They also have a 30-day storage option though keep in mind if you use any of those 30 days, you are charged for the full month. We were also able to track our shipping cubes online during the move, which was very helpful. Being this was our first major move, we were very anxious, but U-pack met our expectations from start to finish :)

Like most people, I dread and loathe moving. It's such a hassle and one of the most stressful events in a person's life (which is why those of us who do it so often, really hate it). I heard about UPack from a blog on moving and I am so glad I went with them. You won't find a cheaper way to move across the country unless you drive your own truck or get rid of everything. A bonus is that you only pay for what you use of the trailer. That means, if you over or underestimate your size of move, ...  See Moreyou only pay for what you use. We had estimated I would need 7 feet and I actually needed 10 (the trailers are different than moving trucks, so think of it as I had almost filled a 22' moving truck). There was no issue as your stuff goes in first, then the trailer is packed for a freight haul and brought to either the next depot or your location, the right is removed and your possessions can be picked up. It's cheaper to do depot-depot. Also, making a reservation online saves you $25. I used UPack of Manassas, Virginia, at ABF Transport. They were very nice and the trailer was clean. I was told it would go out that Friday afternoon and arrive by the upcoming Wednesday. It arrived Tuesday and other than one broken casserole dish (due to the mover of the local company who dropped the box), everything was in same condition as we had packed it. The ABF Transport in Williston, VT, was equally as nice and helpful. I can't emphasize enough how much I preferred this service to other moves I have had, some of which have been almost twice as expensive.

I recently used U-Pack for my son's relocation to Denver. Everything was great. I paid a fee to guarantee the delivery date because of our timeframe. The fee was nominal in respect to the piece of mind it provided. I received a call on the Monday of the move week from U-Pack saying my son's stuff was in Denver. Scheduled our appointment for unloading on Saturday. They didn't have a problem with the fact that we were tying up a trailer for 4 more days. They can also recommend services to help with the loading and unloading if needed. We didn't need them. Two thumbs up for U-Pack.

We highly recommend U-Pack. They dropped off the trailer to us did not rush us. The came back and picked it up and took it to Arizona where they dropped it off to us and again did not rush us. All items were in excellent condition so I would not hesitate to use them again.

Just move my youngest child, she is 24yoa from Houston,Texas to Kissimmee, Florida. U-Pack made my life and her's easier and happier! We made a move from Oregon to Texas and absolutely loved working with Upack. The constant communication via text was greatly appreciated. I also liked that I could call at any time to check on the route of our truck. I think the trick is to hire a moving company to simply pack the truck for you. In doing this ourselves, we saved 4 feet of space (they paid for themselves and then some) and only lost a very poorly made bookshelf in the move. Don't expect this to be the same as renting a uhaul to move across town, this is a much bigger process. Pack your boxes tight so they have no give, this will prevent them from smashing. Pack the truck in walls and all the way to the top, use the tie downs. Give the truck the entire time they request to get to your destination to avoid waiting for it to arrive. Overall, upack was a great experience! Communication is very important to me and they went above and beyond in that way. Thank you for a great moving experience!

UPAC was very affordable with no hidden fees, they pick up the pod on Tuesday in NY and had it in Florida on Friday. Communication was very good with reminders, schedule times, would recommend to everyone.
