Everything was seamless! We scheduled for a cross country move with many moving pieces. We added on a month of storage as we waiting for our home to close - just a quick phone call secured our storage. The pods were dropped off and NOTHING was broken or damaged. When moving 1600 miles away, a lot could go wrong and nothing did. Would highly recommend and use again.
Best experience ever. They gave us 5 days to pack the trailer. It was delivered on schedule and there was nothing broken. Price was very reasonable for a 2600 mile move. Would highly recommend them.
U-Pack is inexpensive, easy to load and unload (if you get the Cubes, don't need to deal with the ramp), fast in delivery and easy to order. I'm sure there is a glitch in the system and it's not intentional, but it's been a week since we unloaded the cubes and requested to pick them up, but they are still here. That has been an inconvenience for us and the neighbors.
They were super nice and helpful! I was in a bind and needed an extra unit and delivered one the same day!

This company was so easy to work with on our complex move from NY to SC. We needed to get our belongings out of our NY house so it could be cleaned in preparation for the family coming into it. On the other hand, our house in SC was still being renovated. We counted on the trucks taking the maximum number of days to arrive, plus weekend and 4th of July as a buffer for the contractor. Terrible, terrible, terrible. They lost my shipping container for over a month when moving from FL to CO. Had to go without essential belongings for 30 days. Do your job next time! Rent a Uhaul and move your own items. Avoid this company like the plague.

My whole experience with U-pack was awesome, from the convenience of loading the truck on my schedule to them giving me a couple extra days to get my stuff because my apartment wasn't ready. and definitely, the cheapest way to move. I definitely will recommend U-pack to anybody that needs to move.
Outstanding professional service from the first question asking for a quote two delivery of the cubes to bringing an extra needed Cube and final pick up at destination. Every single person I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. The cost was very little more than hiring a truck and much easier. Would highly recommend
AMAZING experience all around!! VERY affordable option to move across the US. NOTHING broke and they were extremely accommodating and professional throughout the entire process! Everything they said they followed thru on! NO antics! I HIGHLY recommend this as an option if you are moving and need a cheaper option then a giant interstate moving company! They also have services to help you load/unload your trailer!

We used U-Pack from Texas to Illinois and Illinois to Utah. They were timely in bringing the empty trailer to our home and also in delivering it to our new residence as promised.

U Pack stated the cost up front, advised what adjustments to cost might be, when load would be delivered, and were prompt at pickup. On the other end, waited one day for me to be at the home, delivered within an hour of stated time, promptly came to pick up the empty box - same day- and cost was adjusted appropriately. I highly recommend them.
They saved us money, headaches, with the price included that pays for a driver and insurance with the driver we did not have to rent a truck and drive our belongings 1700 miles ourselves. The drivers were courteous and I was able to contact the company to get the trailer brought over to our storage area and they came and picked up the trailer even in flooding rain that happens in Texas. I have recommended them to others.
I had to book at the last minute and U-Pack is the only one that has an available container for me at a reasonable price. They have such excellent customer service and never made you feel like you're a bother everytime you call them. There's always someone available to answer any questions. The container arrived on time and all my household items are intact. This is the first I have moved from coast to coast and I recommend U-Pack, should anyone need any household items transported. This was an excellant experience. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. I was notified at each step. The drivers were pleasant and i didnt feel rushed. This was a very smooth move to another state.
Everything was done on time and as promised. All drivers (North Little Rock and Pensacola terminals) were friendly and helpful - helped me secure the bulkhead doors and fold up the ramp. Would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
