We had U-Pack move us from Albuquerque NM to North Carolina. The truck arrived on time, we were able to work with U-Pack's partners to get help in packing it properly at an affordable cost and then we got unpacked at the next location. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly from the dispatch people to the drivers. Thank you so much.
I have rated my experience with U-Pack with 5 stars. Dropping off/picking up and delivering/picking up the were both on time. The drivers, on both ends,were knowledgeable and friendly. The price was great, and the best part was we did not need to do the driving. We would use U-Pack again, without reservation.
I was supposed to have 2 pods dropped off at my apartment between 4-8pm. It is now 930pm and no pods have been delivered. On top of that they did not organize the drop offs properly and there for have no pods for me to load. If you are trying to compete with Uhaul's pods then you need to be better organized then this. Terrible experience.
This company was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I have to give Jen, from the St. Joseph, MO office, kudos for being one of the best representation of customer service that I've experienced in a long time. As a matter of fact I have to say that for everyone that I had contact with in Arkansas, Missouri, and Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Thank you!

U-Pack was great in helping with my Step-Dads move from California to Indiana. It was very affordable and they delivered his stuff when they said they would. I recommend them if you have a long distance move.
We used to pack to move from Naples Florida to Denver Colorado. The driver who dropped off our relocation cubes was friendly and call bus ahead of time to let us know when he was going to drop it off. It was nice to have a tracking number provided and sent to the phone so we can see where the container was while we were moving. The containers got to the Denver apartment with no damage and on time. Would definitely use again if we were to move a long distance again.
Overall I was very impressed with the level of service and and professionalism of both the drop off and pickup drivers. Everything arrived safely after the cross country trip! However, there is one thing to be aware of if you live in, or are moving to, an apartment. A lot of landlords are very apprehensive of this kind of moving service. Trailer was on time, but would have BEEN MUCH BETTER IF DELIVERED EARLIER IN THE DAY. Pay by the foot used, HOWEVER, bulkhead is only secured every TWO feet!

It was a very good company to work with! They were very prompt with pick up and delivery. My only complaint would be how they judge what fits. There is absolutely no way a three bedroom house big or small would fit in two of their pods unless everything you owned went into a box. It was a stressful mess trying to get everything to fit!
Great service. The moving units were delivered when promised, picked up when promised and delivered to my new address in Canada when promised. Not one item was broken! It was all very hassle free. I highly recommend that you do hire professional movers that U-Pack lists. They know how to pack the containers in such a way to maximize capacity and ensure everything is well secured. All around moving with U-Pack was hassle free and a great experience.

Moved from the San Juan Islands of Washington to the Poconos of PA. U-Pack themselves were outstanding to work with. No issues at all; prompt, helpful.
