We packed our 28 foot trailer in August 2017 and had it stored in a U-Pack facility in Wyoming for 11 months. I spent those 11 months hoping my things were okay. Were they dry? Did mice get in? Is there mold? Did heavy snow leak through the cracks? We are now, finally, on the flip side of our move and everything is absolutely fine. The trailer served our purposes tremendously well, and everyone I worked with/spoke with along the way has been very kind and helpful. So happy with this company!
They care more about the bottom line than people. It is sad to see yet another company now down to the dollar. Do not use if anything happens and you are unconvinced because of their mistake they won’t fix it.

They are definitively the way to go if you are moving long distance. They were substantially less expensive than the more known company. They were easy to communicate with. My belongings didn’t really shift much and nothing was damaged.
Everyone, from the office staff to the dispatchers to the cube delivery guys, were wonderful to work with. I had some complications with my move and they all went above and beyond to make things work for me. Highly recommended!
We have used UPack twice: our move to Texas and our move back to Colorado. Both times were handled with great customer service. They are so accommodating and do exactly what they say they are going to, which is hard to come by these days. I wouldn't consider doing a move any other way.

We used upack for our final military move.....from Washington to Alabama. We felt better knowing our hhg would be secure, it was very convenient and saved us soooo much money. They dropped the trailer off on time and then delivered it on the day we wanted at our final destination. The drivers were extremely helpful with the bulk head and ramp. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Very professional company! Would recommend it over any other form of moving except for delicate stuff such as Grandfather Clocks which we decided to move in our own vehicle. But everything else was moved safely, but remember you need to pack items correctly. We did not have one item that broke! Everything was done very professionally and trackable. I would have gave it 5 Stars if our pods had not sat in Georgia for a whole day delaying Ocala from delivery of our pods until after the weekend. All drivers where professional, friendly and polite.

Everything up to delivery was great. However, ABF freight company lacks communication with their customers. Received ONE phone call telling me they expected Reloc cube the next week. Since I did not hear from them, I made numerous calls to get status. They told me they would deliver in afternoon, showed up at 5:54PM. Contacted U-Pack Customer Service & spoke with Kyle who resolved my dissatisfaction with ABF Freight

It was a good experience only one thing the cubes r on the small size not as big as podi other than that it good on time,pick up and will schedule ur delivery on time and price is good not like Podi. Abf is there mover freight company very good ellecent service and professional polite there to help. Will use again go upack and abf freight
I am very happy with U-Pack! Trailer was dropped for loading promptly at 7am and picked up three days later at same time. At the delivery point- I scheduled a Tuesday delivery drop and hoped for a reasonably early one but it showed up at 6pm? Kind of wasted the day waiting! Can't say enough good about the drop-off driver in Ocala though, as our bulkhead had jammed tight and it took three of us and his expertise to get it loose.
My move was from Mentor to Las Vegas. They dropped off the container in the time frame they promised and picked up same day I called for pick up. Picked up container on a Tuesday at 10:00 am and delivered to Vegas by Friday 8am! Everything intact utilizing their packing tips to keep your items safe. U-Pack made a cross-country move from Denver to Los Angeles when I didn't even know what address I was moving to when I was packing the pods a STRESS-FREE experience. They were professionals and it still cost less than a normal loading up a trailer experience.
The best experience a person could ask for in a moving service. I moved across country and the we're on time every step of the way. Also arrived ahead of time at destination. Everyone I dealt with we're friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend to any one needing to move. Oh, and prices were reasonable and accurate.!
We moved household items from a relatives home in Calif to Tx. U-Pack was extremely professional and accommodating every step of the way. Customer service was top notch! The pod arrived in both destinations on schedule. We were even able to change the delivery date a few days before original scheduled date. U-Packs pricing made it the most affordable move for us. I would highly recommend U-Pack to anyone!
I had originally ordered 3 U-Pack cubes. When the driver delivered them to the storage unit, he took a look at what needed to be loaded and told me a trailer would work out much cheaper. He took back the cubes and returned with a trailer within the hour! I saved around $600 on the move. The moving help (not on U-Pack's recommended list) did not do a good job of packing and tying down. When I unpacked the trailer at the destination there was far less damage than I expected, which tells me how good the driver was.
This was absolutely the best way for me to move my belongings from Florida to Texas. I had plenty of time to unpack and pack the relocubes and the PRICE WAS RIGHT!!! The cistomer service was terrific in Florida and Texas. THIS IS THE WAY TO MOVE!!

Excellent customer service! I had to set up a long distance move for my parents and both upack as well the their 3rd party movers were awesome! Everything was well coordinated. I even had to get a second re-lo cube at the last minute and they got it out the next day! The movers kept in touch with me for both loading and unloading. I would highly recommend them for a small move!
Moving is hard work, but everything concerning the U-pack part of the move went very smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. We made a couple minor mistakes and probably cost them some extra time and labor. Unlike other companies, they weren't nickel and diming us for any extras. I also found them to be the most economical of the companies I researched. Excellent company to do business with.

Thank you for making my move so much easier! I learned just how much of a master my mom would be at Tetris when she expertly packed our entire little house (after some major cuts) into 9 feet of space. The gentlemen who came to drop off and pick up the trailer were all friendly, as well as the people I talked to on the phone regarding my trailer. They were friendly even as we had to push back the pickup date twice. I’m very happy with my experience! I’d say I’ll happily use them again, but I’m not planning a cross country move like that ever again. 😂
Only one rooms worth of stuff to move but needed to get it from Albuquerque to Olympia. Other places were charging so much for a bunch of space I didn't need. UPack was so helpful, afordable and I still ended up with more space than I needed. All of my belongings were safe when they arrived and I was really glad I picked them.
I really liked this service. Was reasonably priced. The trick is to know how to pack your goods so the arrive safely. I hired two packers from a local moving company to load the trailer. And everything arrived intact. And they were totally accommodating to my needs. Have and will recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thanks Upack!!!
