Equipment arrived when promised. Trailer arrived in Wisconsin prior to our family and they held on to it for 5 days with no extra charge. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion there was some shifting so make sure all items are securely tied down.
Moved from WA to TX....these people exceeded my expectations....everyone I talked to was very friendly and efficient...equipment showed up on time at both ends of the move...so great to have customer service as a priority!
Trailer arrived on time. The drivers on both end were very helpful and knew how to drive their rigs very well. We would use again. The only comment is that the trailer was very dirty inside and we had to be careful when loading furniture. All in all a good experience.
It was a great experience. We were able to extend the amount of time need to get everything done easily.
Two areas of concern. The trailer had a leak in the roof in a spot that had been previously patched. U-Pack was responsive, but it took about four hours for the tech to arrive and patch the hole while we were trying to pack. After he fixed it, we continued to pack. The next day the repair was still leaking. U-Pack again sent the same tech back up to repair the leak. Another four hours of downtime. U-Pack was the way to go for us. With a 3,200 sq ft home and 3-car garage, we needed two 28' trailers. They dropped off on a Tuesday, movers came on Thursday, then U-Pack picked up the following Tuesday giving us plenty of time to load. With the guarantee delivery time (two days within pick up) this allowed us time to drive our own vehicles to our destination. Pretty pleased with upack. Representatives were friendly and scheduling was easy. My only complaint is that the seals around the door of 1 of our cubes was deteriorating. I pointed this out to the guy who picked up our loaded cubes and asked him to apply tape or something to seal it. He said he would. Sadly the cube was not sealed upon arrival to our destination. The service from U-pack was awesome. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The drivers did an amazing job getting the truck in and out of some tight spots. At the destination, he maneuvered that big truck into a short driveway and narrow street in front of the apartment building. It was a little stressful for us as newbies, but it all worked out very nicely. The company provided every thing and every service they said they would. Our only hitch was that we bought rope before the cubes came, and that rope was too thick to use with the structure of the cubes. You need THIN rope, maybe 1/4 inch. And don't try to time everything perfectly, because ABF doesn't operate on the weekends and the way trucking firms operate, they don't necessarily load your stuff and go straight... See More
The personal response was terrific. We needed an extra pod during the NorEaster Snow storm and the company made its best effort to deliver. The delivery and picups were flawless. Would highly recommend this service.

This was our second move with U-Pack and it went as flawlessly as the first. ABF communicates regularly about expectations and even provides hints and tips for making your move easier. The delivery driver was on time and the pick up was one phone call away. Both moves were reasonably priced, and went exactly as planned. We will be using them again in the next few months. Used the trailer by the foot service for our move from Seattle to Albuquerque. The price was competitive and also more flexible and reasonable for over or under estimated volume than competitors. We liked the ability to track our shipment’s progress online. Every interaction was courteous and professional including the drivers who dropped off and picked up the trailer. This is a great option for a long distance move.
I just moved from Olympia to Minneapolis MN and U-Pack was very responsive and helpful! I brought my things to the Tacoma location and had them delivered to my door at the destination. It saved me over $800 to bring things to their loading Bay and it was DEFINITELY worth the effort. I recently moved my belongings from a 5’x10’ storage unit in California all the way across the country to my new home in Virginia. A single “relo-cube” was just large enough to hold everything. U-Pack literally saved me thousands of dollars moving out of state! That includes paying local movers to load the crates. The entire experience was just as advertised. The workers were on time, courteous, and skilled. The company kept me informed with every step of the process. My belongings arrived intact. Amazingly, 2 crates fit in one regular parking space. I don't understand why everyone doesn't use U- Pack!
I used U-Pack to move from California to Michigan. They were excellent. Good communicators throughout the process and they delivered a day early. Everything was in good shape. Initially they gave me a quote for 13 feet, but because of downsizing, I was able to pack everything into 8 feet. U-Pack gave me credit for the 5 feet. Highly recommend U-Pack.

U-pack moved my stuff from Utah to Texas. They did a stellar job. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. Everyone at the Fort Worth terminal from the clerk to the driver was great and accommodating.
We just used U-Pack to move from California to Arizona and I could not be happier with their service. The dispatcher in CA was very friendly and professional, as well as the one in AZ. The pods were delivered/picked up during the time frames we were given, the U-Pack pod arrived in AZ before us and was held until we arrived at no extra cost. I highly recommend U-Pack. Just remember, YOU are responsible for loading your pod and making sure everything is secure inside. We packed ours tightly and still need another one for stuff that we left in CA with family.

I booked over the phone and the information I gave was incorrect on my invoice. I was able to easily log in and correct the spelling of my name and the location I was moving to. The drivers were AMAZING! I had so much stress and they were able to reduce that by being experts at their job. I would highly recommend this company
