Great service during the whole process. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The pick up and delivery employees were also very good.
I was amazed with ABF and their U-Pack service. The pod arrived on time, was easily packed, picked up when requested and delivered 1,400 miles away within days. Everyone with the company was great. I would definitely use them again!
Truly stellar customer service from U-Pack from beginning to end. I moved over 600 miles, and they answered all of my questions, provided a great rate, and were imminently flexible. The real standouts though were the drivers. Especially Chris (?), a driver trainer who picked up my loaded trailer after packing. The guys who packed it weren't the greatest, and when Chris saw what they'd done, he went above and beyond to protect my items, even to the point of re-arranging some so they wouldn't get damaged AND using an extra load-lock, just in case. Wonderful experience!
Just a new way for us to move, we have used UHaul before and would have this time but we spotted aUPack ad on the back of a semi trailor while visiting Tennessee. We gave them a call super courteous, and great service. We read all the reviews good and bad. Our experience was top rated
U-Pack is amazing!! For any long distance move, it’s the BEST! They do the driving and really honor their schedule for drop off and pick up. We had no damage, unlike friends who had extensive damage with moving companies that charge eight times the price. Highly recommend U-Pack!!!

This was the second time I have used UPACK and their Relocube. Best way to go! I was moving from Woodbridge, VA to Boise, ID and the Relocube beat me to Idaho by 3 hours. They gave me a 6-8 days time frame and the Cube got there in 4 days. The truck drivers on both sides of the trip were friendly, professional and put the Cube right where I needed it. We love UPack! They made our move from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to central Arkansas very easy. We moved our things in a trailer and had plenty of time to load and unload, didnt have to worry about transporting it ourselves, and not one single thing was broken during transit. Highly recommend!

Great service from Portland Maine terminal, as a former employee of ABF, recommended the service but this was my first time actually using it, went great, trlr arr on time and I had no damage, thanks for the extra load bars to support the bulkhead as one of the bars did not lock, delivering terminal folks were also great. My experience with U-Pack was great. They picked up the cubes at my home on Tuesday and they arrived in the city onThursday. I have to give a shout out for the loaders. I highly recommend them. The company is Royal Professionals Inc from Roanoke, VA 24018. 540.312.3293. They loaded 2 cubes in less than 2 hours. They arrived on time and were very professional.
U-Pack made the whole across the country experience easy, from the delivery of the pods at my old house to the pick up of the empty pods at the new. Awesome way to move and save money. It was less money to ship through U-Pack than it was to rent a 20 ft truck and drive it myself. A lot less stress. Check them out next time you move!
I definitely recommend U-Pack to anyone moving a far distance! Everything was SO easy. From the booking to the move then the empty cube pick up. I did not give that 5th star only because the communication during the move dropped off a little. I was never alerted that our cube was ready to be scheduled for delivery. Not the end of the world, just would have been nice to have our bed one day earlier. Thanks U-Pack!

I stumbled on upack during a cross state move. I planned on getting the largest U-Haul but after seeing the cost I started looking around. U-Pack for the same price gave me a bigger trailer and I got to keep it for many days. Then they moved it cross country for me, saving me the gas on the uhaul. We actually needed part of a second trailer and they were super flexible in delivering one then the other. This is one of the few services/companies I would tell anyone to 100% go with, it's a no brainer.
Great experience with U-Pack. Communication was exceptional. Our relo cube arrived on time and nothing was damaged. Was surprised how much we could fit into the cube....used bungees so we were able to use every corner and crevice. Highly recommend this company!

From start from San Diego to the unload in Dallas Texas, they were both helpful and efficient. The driver let me know exactly what would happen with my relocube and everything I needed to do. It was definitely painless and I recommend it for anyone that doesn’t have too much to move and if you are good packer. Everything I pack survived. My biggest concern was my computer which came through without damage. Everyone at each station was helpful and I couldn’t ask for easier moving process. Thanks so much
We moved from Phoenix AZ to Edmonton in Alberta and we couldn't have wished for things to go any smoother. Doing everything ourselves was a little daunting, particularly with crossing international borders, but all the information was there in plain English and customer services were outstanding whenever we needed to call. There was not one glitch in the service provided b U-Pack. From the first time I contacted them, they did not pressure me at all, and answered all my questions. The delivery man was very helpful and kind. The ReloCube arrived as scheduled, and went into storage as I requested. When I was ready to unpack, the folks at the warehouse lot were very accommodating. I am very glad I chose to do my move this way rather than having a moving company do the job. Full Marks to U-Pack! Moving is hard, we moved from NYC to California and u pack really made it easier. From my first call gathering information till the very last item being pulled off the trailer they were great.
We were very pleased with u-pack. Went just like promised. Had no issues at all. Everything was on time and drivers were all nice.
U-Pack delivered on time no problems. I really liked being able to track where in the cross country move our stuff was. A big plus is that the credit card is charged when the van was dropped off. We had a few stop load braces which were very beneficial. We also used folded up empty boxes to make the load tight. Everything arrived. No surprises. I'd use them again if I had to move again.
This is the second time my wife and I have used U-PACK. The staff is always professional and courteous. First time we used pods and those were convenient with just the two of us. This was my first experience with ABF U-Pack. I researched my moving options online quite a bit, watched videos, got a quote and decided to go with U-Pack. It took 3 cube's but NOTHING got broken! I was concerned since it was mentioned to me me that "you stuff will look like it's fallen off a cliff" so I made sure to get matching boxes at (Lowes or Home Depot) and packed all the stuff with packing paper (glass and breakables) and books on the bottom row. Outstanding! Moving from Washington state to Florida @ 3100+ miles. I used the entire trailer, packed out in a weekend, shipped on Monday, received it Next Thursday (10 days travel time), Unloaded over the Weekend and they picked up the empty trailer on Monday!.
