Have used UPack 4 times. Very satisfied and their customer service is the best. This last move from AZ to OR was the most problematic because of changes in house closing dates, but UPack worked with me on every change.

U-Pack made a stressful situation extremely pleasant! They were professional, courteous, and kind. Every time I called the customer service line, the people who helped me actually HELPED ME! They were even understanding when we had an issue with our bank and allowed us to pay when our money was available (some of the funds from a large check deposit were held by the bank). I recommend them when you have a big move -THEY WERE AWESOME!
This company sucks. I reserved a trailer between noon and 4. Guys shows up late. Guy is super rude and won't put the trailer where I ask him to put it bc he says he can't do it. It wasn't a small space. Just an a**hole in a hurry behind on his route. Anyways, glad I didn't give them a chance to brake my stuff.

I recently hired U-Pack for a move from Tacoma WA to Charlotte NC. I was very skeptical about hiring another moving company after being scammed out of my money by Jet Blue Relocation Inc (now operating under a new name) U-Pack my thenprocess very easy for me when decideing to go with them. The information they provided was laid out clearly. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because a few of the representatives that I spoke to could work on their customer service skills but overall a great experience.
Moved from the lower Cascades in Corbett, Oregon to Illinois. Absolutely amazing service and equipment and PRICE!!! As far as I'm concerned this is the only way to move within state or across country! Once again amazing service!!

U-Pack was awesome. The only problem I had is when the truck was dropped off at my new house the driver took the ramp that we used to carry all the heavy stuff onto the truck. I had to hire another person to help. Otherwise great service
The whole experience was very good, from making the first call to find out what service was best for me to the actual dropping off, picking up, and delivery of my items. I used the trailer. Everything moved smoothly from the containers being dropped off at our location in California to the arrival and pick up of containers in Tucson, AZ.
We used U-Pack ABF to move from Colorado Springs Colorado to Wilkesboro, NC. We had a portable unit dropped off at our home, filled it and then called them to come take it away. Our new address doesn't have service for drop off but we saved money by picking up our stiff at a Terminal in Keenersville, NC. We rented a truck for the day to get our stuff but still better than driving a truck cross-country. The cost of using upack was comparible to driving a truck cross-country and way less hassle even after having to rent a truck for a day. Very pleased and our belongings were safe and sound.
Best moving company experience of my life! Easy to reach and order delivery and pick up dates. Came exactly when expected with prompt notifications to let you know when 15 minutes ahead of time and delivery/pickup drivers where incredibly friendly and helpful with paperwork both ways. WOW WOW WOW This was an amazing experience! So simple and easy. I moved from California to Texas. Just emptied the cube today. I fit a California King mattress and box spring, 20+ boxes and miscellaneous stuff. I had no other furniture. I will use them again for sure!

Absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! They brought the truck on time, they picked the truck up on time. Recently used them to move across the state - couldn't be happier. They were extremely accommodating, friendly, and just one of their cubes was enough to move my ~one bedroom's worth of belongings. They still delivered a second cube for free if I needed it, and if I would have ended up needing it it would have only been around ~$100 extra. My items arrived undamaged. Best part - they weren't only the cheapest option, but the cheapest option by far. I was prepared to pay almost a grand to PODS until I discovered that UPack could do it for half the price! Our move from Prescott Valley, Az to Mendon, Utah went very smooth. The extra space was needed as I had more stuff than I had realized. The ABF drivers were very helpful on both ends. I definitely would use "U-Pack" if moving again.
This was my first time moving out of California and I expected a nightmare. Upack made it so easy and everything arrived in great shape. I changed my plans several times but they were super accommodating. I highly recommend them!
We were very happy with the communication and scheduling of the U-Pack Eau Claire. Easy to pack and secure. The Delivery not so much, the truck was scheduled to arrive between 8AM and 5PM, it finally arrived at 5:20PM but without a ramp to unload. Not a good thing. Way too hard without a ramp. Choice was for truck to come back another day with a ramp or manually unload out the back. Already waited ALL day so That wasn’t a good option. Make sure a ramp is available at both ends. Ideal for a small load. I reserved 9 feet of the trailer but only used 5 feet. The price was terrific. They transported my stuff and I drove my car to my out of state destination. If you don’t lock down the ETA, you save a lot of money. I was very pleased.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Everything went exactly as upack said it would. Despite really bad weather in one of their major hubs in Atlanta, my stuff arrived almost a full week earlier than expected. Only thing I would recommend to people is definitely secure your belongings in the cubes. The contents do have a tendency to shift around a little however the movement is a totally acceptable amount. Overall, just a great experience.

I ordered a upack trailer to my daughters townhouse in Kettering, Ohio, to move her back home to us here in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The dispatchers in both Dayton as well as Carlisle (Greg and Cynthia i think their names were), were both EXTREMELY polite and helpful in dealing with me, as her mother, and when my daughter spoke with them. They, along with all of the drivers involved in each location, were great to deal with and very helpful! I'd recommend to anyone needing transport to move!

U-Pack is an excellent way to move your large "stuff". If you're willing to do the work of loading and unloading, it will save you $$ and all the hassles you might have encountered while driving a large moving van across the country yourself. Because I was not on a tight schedule for getting my things to point B, a few hours delay in my freight being picked up was nothing to me. But on the other hand, U-Pack is very flexible as far as the window of time you have to load and unload your possessions. If I have to make a big move again, I'll go with U-Pack!
