We wound up with the craziest move with many thongs going wrong. Tacoma U-Pack was the most helpful and supportive ever!!! My belongings reached TX in record time and in perfect condition. Thank You to Everyone in the Tacoma office you are amazing. Also thank you to those here in TX who quickly brought us our trailer and helped set up the ramp. Would gladly use them for any more future moves!!
This was the best service thatI have ever had. Everyone was professional and extremely nice. No headaches at all. Cubes were delivered on date that was given. Driver was great. He put cubes in drive way like We requested. We used the moving crew to load the cubes. 3 guys came they were the nicest and efficient young men. They disassembled and loaded 3 cubes. Driver came back the next day and loaded cubes.. and they were off . THIS WAS THE BEST MOVE EVER!! I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!! GREAT JOB UPACK!!

Very good service from start to finish . The two drivers I dealt with were very professional . Asked them to put the trailer into a tight spot for pickup and delivery . Both did an outstanding job , I should know I drove trucks for forty years . Would recommend them and would also use them again .

Great service! They were able to drop 2 cubes on a Monday morning after contacting them on a Friday afternoon. Once I arrived at my destination and contacted the receiving office, the cashier (Gerry) there was very helpful and even followed up on a status for me. The drivers dropping the cubes in both cases were very nice and helpful.
Awesome service! The trailer was dropped off they gave us plenty of time to load, when I needed it picked up they came quickly, all our boxes where in the same place and the driver at delivery even helped unload the trailer, great service definitely will use again if I need a long move.

We Got quotes from drive it your self to another pod company for our Illinois to Florida move and glad we went with U Pack, the cubes arived on time ,clean and in good condition ,they were picked up when promised even when we changed the pick up day ,they were then delivered on time in the driveway of our new home on the scheduled date and time and picked up when we finished unloading, we couldnt be happeir with the service or price ,we'd definitely recommend UPack to everyone
Recently hired U-Pack to move our son's furniture from MI to FL. We used a ReloCube and the process and overall experience was excellent. The website and reservation experience with the customer service rep was great. The entire process worked as described from drop off of the cube at our home in Michigan to ultimate delivery to Florida. I found the online Dashboard very helpful in tracking every step of the cube's transit. The cube even arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule! This was my first time coordinating a long distance move and I would definitely hire U-Pack again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Upack! They were flexible, caring, very helpful and nice. My husband is in the Military and had a lot of delays for our move. Upack instead of making me cancel my reservation worked with me so that I was able to keep my rate. All the people that dropped off our trailer and picked it up we’re very nice, helpful and professional. Compared to other moving companies Upack had some of the beater deals. I definitely recommend Upack when it comes to your moving needs.

My entire experience with U-Pack was excellent. From my first reservations and needing to postpone my move (no additional fee) to the actual move – delivery of the cube and getting it picked up, plus meeting it on the other end – all went well! Two trailers and one medium rental truck is so much better than 4 or more rental truck trips. I would have driven for four days straight for over 1800 miles in addition to loading and unloading. With U-Pack, Old Dominion parked a semi trailer in my driveway(The driver did such a wonderful job of maneuvering the trailer into just the right position), and we loaded it in two days. I just moved using U-Pack and had a wonderful experience. I moved from a small town in WY where the local moving companies are expensive and don’t really move people outside of the town. Ironically I'm looking at bad comments on a cross-country move from South Carolina to California. Absolutely great service. Prompt drop off, prompt delivery, and prompt pick up. Every time I called customer service, they were more than happy to help me and answer all my questions. They were about $300-$400 cheaper than U-Haul pods and PODS. And 3k cheaper than a local place I called. I loved the ease of being able to load and unload at our pace (within three days). Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!
Fantastic way to move. They drop it off, you pack it up, they pick it up and deliver to where you want it. I moved from Michigan to Vegas and it was great. The Staff were polite and helpful the drivers were also polite and helpful it was a very pleasurable move. I recommend them highly.

I only used uPAck for half of my move. That was a big mistake!! Upack is outstanding... I thought I could save by doing part by myself..the rental trucks cost me double and triple the trouble!!!
U-pack was on time with the delivery and drop off. They placed the Pod where I requested it be placed. All the drivers where very helpful answering all of our questions. The entire staff went beyond our needs. We were able to track my pod from San Jose California to Carmel Indiana. With this service we had no worries during the rest of move. If you are going to do a self move this is the only way to go.

Moved from Iowa to Florida and U-Pack was great. Dropped off the pods and picked them up. Delivered them to new address in Florida. Saved me over $1500 over next cheapest option and I did not have to drive a truck pulling a car carrier in parts of the country I am not real familiar with. Made an unexpected stressful move a lot easier. I would highly recommend U-Pack. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drivers were excellent.
I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of this company. Moving in itself is frustrating and overwhelming but having the trailer delivered to the building to be packed and moved left for a couple of days to accommodate loading and then picked up trucked to your destination and delivered and dropped off for several days while you unload and then picked up, all of this took a tremendous amount of pressure off of us. The drivers were outstanding !!! The service was great. There was some minor confusion when I called to schedule my drop off but it was fixed within the hour and my trailer was delivered on time. It was my first time using a service like this and if I ever have to.move again I will definitely call Upack !! So worth it !!!
I have moved six times with a traditional moving company and U-PACK is the way to go. The prices are reasonable and the service is fabulous. I moved from San Francisco to Denver and kept my things in storage for seven months. Everything was just as I had left it when I opened the storage cube. Dealing with the folks in Oakland was good - the folks in Denver were fabulous. Thank you U-PACK for being one place that still believes in customer service!
Good service, reasonable price. If you have lots of boxes (I had 123+), you need extra plywood 4 x 8 sheets, (get 10), and a lot more straps than the 6 they gave me, so you can use the upper deck feature and secure the load as you go. This info should be part of their info pack, do you can get everything set up beforehand. Otherwise, perfect service at origin (MA) and destination (SC).
