I moved from Houston, TX. to Omaha, NE. using U-pack recently. I shopped around for months and they offered the best price, for what I needed, and they had no hidden fees. My belongings were delivered within the time frame predicted, with no damage to any of my belongings.
The process was seamless. We arrived with the the uhaul, went to the counter inside and they lead us straight to our container. I highly recommend their services.

We actually required 6 u-pack trailers to complete our recent move. The company was excellent every step of the way. Setting up trucks was straghtforward and easy. They were picked up and delivered to us without any problems or aggravation at all. Every employee that we dealt with was helpful and patient. I especaillly want to thank Chris up Eau Claire WI who put up with my numerous phone calls trying to co-ordinate the delivery of my trucks. The only piece of advice I would give is to pack your truck carefully as we incurred damage to some of our belongings from shifting contents. (our fault)

We moved from FL to OH and we could not have done it without upack. We had too much furniture/stuff to use a pod(like last time when we moved from OH to FL) but we didn't want to drive a uhaul truck. U Pack did well for us. My only suggestion is that I wish they provided the origin packing and loading and destination unloading of the truck as well. We were juggling three different companies to complete the entire move over three states from start to finish.

I can not believe how smooth and economical UPack ended up being!! I'm so happy we went with them!! We moved from CT to SC and we FILLED the trailer. We packed a 2000 sq ft house- 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, family room and dining room. We also needed to store for 1 month while we were in between closings. There were zero issues from start to finish. Upack rocks and for a fraction of the cost for movers or pods!!

This is the second time we have used U-Pack and we will continue to use them for moving. Customer service was good, prices are excellent, and everything happened as expected. We were not sure if a 28' trailer would be enough for our 4 bedroom house and shop so U-Pack sent us two trailers. We ended up using all of one and part of the second. The most amazing moving company I ever had. No more driving the truck, no more tiredness, no more gas/mileage fees. We just packed our stuff in the truck and it was delivered right in our parking spot without any hassles. Customer service is so easy to get hold on to. Truly Amazing experience :)

We were very happy with U-Pack. Their personnel were responsive to our requests and needs. Delivery for loading and unloading occurred on time. Anyone using this service simply needs to be specific concerning needs and they will work scheduling with you. If we had to make a move again I would definitely choose U-Pack again.
If every company could run like Upack.... the world would be a perfect place. Well oiled machine - flawless experience - it almost seems impossible that everything was so easy and perfect. So many moving parts and they got it right at every step! From booking to delivery, packing, pickup, storage, unload.... a live person answering the phone and getting it right each step - priceless. Great experience. Wish I had ordered 2 cubes as the website suggests. No charge if the 2nd one isn't used. I packed on a weekend, so had to wait to arrange a second cube.
U Pack was amazing. From the initial contact to the end of our move U Pack ( Barb in Eagan MN to Glen the driver) went way above and beyond what we ever imagined. So helpful and even unlocked our truck after I thought it was fully packed so we could throw a few more boxes into it. Amazingly smooth process. Would choose U Pack again for sure! !
