So pleased with Upack !!! Received the trailer one day earlier at no extra cost. We moved from VA to NC and the trailer was here in 2 days. We needed storage for a week and weren't charged for it. Exellent customer service including the drivers!! Best move ever.
Second time we have used upack. Both experiences great. Compared to renting 2 uhauls and paying gasoline alone we saved about 2k. Great tracking - updates daily- each person we talked to was pleasant and helpful from Indinapolis, IN to Spokane, WA.

In a moving experience that was as miserable as they get, Upack was the bright spot. They saved us after another "U-pod" company informed us they had no pods for us the day before our move. U-Pack was completely reliable, they showed up when needed and even got our belongings to our location a week faster then Uhaul had promised, at a better rate. Can't recommend them enough.
U-Pack provided excellent service throughout our move from Michigan to Ormond Beach Florida. The entire process was seamless and nothing was broken. If there is ever a need, this is the company to use!!
This was such a great experience. I moved from Indiana to Florida and U-Pack was so easy and accommodating. Everything went according to my schedule and they made it super easy for me. Absolutely seamless delivery, shipment and pickup. ABF Freight was the actual shipper used, and they were wonderful. Friendly, courteous and when you call, you actually get a real person on the phone, not a bunch of automated options. This was for a move from CA to MN. I would recommend U-Pack and will use them again in the future if needed. Just make sure to pack your cube tight and use straps or bungee cords to hold everything in place :)
This company rocks great customer service. They checked on me because I had not called them on pick up and found out at the time I was not getting any help loading, guess what now no help unloading, LOL. not their fault! Great company!
We just used this service to move out of state and we had the great delight to be helped and assisted by Gary. The driver that drop off the truck. He was very personable and friendly with the family and took the time even to interact with our kids. We are really impressed and satisfied with Upack.

Moved from IL to CO with UPack and it was an absolutely trouble-free experience that ended up cheaper than hauling it myself! Notes from my move for others: 1. Absolutely fantastic service from scheduling, to pickup and delivery. The delivery driver even helped me move in all of my stuff and refused to let me tip him!!! Couldn't have been happier with this company's service
Great experience and much less $$ than traditional movers. We had more control of timing. The load and unload teams are private contractors and so they have a vested interest in our satisfaction. They want us to rate them well so that UPack will continue to refer them. We also used a professional crate service to pack the valuable art. They did an excellent job. Furthermore, a trucking regulator happened to come buy some of our craigslist items and gave them a strong thumbs up; had used them for their similar move with great outcome. Ahead of schedule and under budget. Excellent!
U-Pack made our move easier than I had hoped. The trailer was placed on time and it only took 4 working days from Kalamazoo to St Petersburg. The trailer was placed for unloading on one day and pulled the next. Very easy company to work with. Although I don't want to move again, if I do it will be with U-Pack
I researched prices from Austin to Kansas City via movers and packers and transport or we pack and unpack WITH U-PACK. With flights down and hiring three packers there, we saved at least $4000! Every thing was smooth and easy. I will always recommend!

I HAVE NEVER USED ANY COMPANY THAT WAS COMPLETELY SUPPORTIVE IN ANY ASPECT OF OUR MOVE. MYFAMILY AND I MOVED 18 TIMES DURING MY CAREER, AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE HAD THIS COMPANY TO MOVE US. THEY DELIVERED THE TWO POD CONTAINERS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, PICKED THEM UP WHEN WE WANTED THEM TO, DELIVERED AND PICKED THEM UP AT OUR FINAL DESTINATION. Moved from Houston, TX to Springfield, MO. Great customer service. Trailer arrived on time and delivered promptly. Rented 13' of trailer space and packed carefully - no damage whatsoever to any furniture or boxes. Highly recommend!

My first Upack move occurred one month ago from GA to PA and I packed a full trailer and that move went exceptionally well. I had never heard of U-Pack/ABF Freight. I've used PODS once and U-Haul many times. A friend recommended the service. I had some trepidation, but the service was exactly as they told me. It was such a relief to leave our things in the U-Pack cubes, get in the car, and drive without everything trailing behind us. Much more economical than other movers. The Team in both Kernersville and Charlotte jumped through hoops to make a very difficult move very simple. The Drivers in Charlotte tucked the trailers into a spot I couldn't imaging was possible. Great job!!
Best moving experience I have had moving myself (I move a lot). The company was able to help me pretty last minute with a small window to pick up and drop off, and to top it off when plans had to change because of an accident the day of drop off they were patient and helpful. Everyone at customer service and both freight drivers were friendly and kind. They also hands down offered the best price. Can't beat this! Moving is stressful, but this experience took some of that stress away!
We moved cottage furniture and antiques from Ohio to my daughter's house in Seattle. This was the most economical and quick way to send everything. I would recommend this company highly.
As many other reviews have stated, ABF and U-Pack are tremendous. The customer service is first-rate from the folks on the phone to the drivers who handle the cube on both ends of the move. The time to transit from Washington State to Virginia was faster than expected and the website allowed me to track the progress. The cube itself was sturdy and watertight. The inside vertical struts were perfect for attaching ratcheting straps so all of my load stayed put with no shifting or damage. I wholeheartedly recommend going with U-Pack if you want a smooth move of your belongings.
