Great moving experience drivers and scheduling staff were very courteous and on time with trailer drop off , delivery and pick up.
Used U-Pack/ABF to move from Maryland to Florida. They delivered the empty containers on time - even delivering an additional one when requested. Arrived in FL earlier than projected. Delivered to apartment within time frame quoted. Drivers at both ends were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

U-Pack was one of our best moving choices we made. We got a great deal compared to all of the other options out there. In a lot of cases it was half the cost! When our trailer was dropped off, the driver took the time to explain the whole process and provide us with tons of valuable tips to make the move from WA to NC smooth. I wasn't sure if our experience in WA was unique until I got to NC and had the same great experience with the guy delivering the trailer right to our storage facility! This is the 2nd time I used U-Pack. Last year, my daughter moved from Raleigh, NC back to San Diego & U-Pack was reliable; they dropped off the cubes & picked them up & delivered them to San Diego within a week. The last thing I wanted to do was move my family cross-country inside a Uhaul or caravan with a car and truck. If you've got the do-it-yourself energy and a few buddies to bribe with pizza and beer, U-Pack is the best solution. I look forward to utilizing their services again in the future... hopefully not too soon in the future.
This is the only way to move! The customer service is top notch. The product is easy and very reasonable for moving a mile or thousands of miles. They will even store it for 14 days for free! I have never had such an easy time with a moving company. The truck is solid. You can use 8ft or 28ft. If you do not know not to worry when they are ready to pick up re-adjust your amount of space needed for your move. Fantastic!!!!!!
U-Pack was fantastic and accommodating during our interstate move. They were flexible with our various, unexpected delays. (Perhaps they should review us instead.) They were on schedule for drop off, pickup, and final delivery.

Straight forward drop off, LT dropped ours off in a location that was allocated on a position that worked best for us to load. Overall it was a satisfying experience. Take a lot of headaches out of our moving cross country.
UPack makes it so easy and was the most reasonably priced after looking at U-Haul and other similar providers. We used the trailer option (instead of PODS) and it was even cheaper. Great way to move a long distance and avoid driving a big truck or trailer yourself.
