I had a great experience also. I like the fact that it was the price quoted and didn't have a bunch of ADD ON charges that the other carriers do! I packed everything well and loaded the container well so I had NO DAMAGE! I would use them again but I really hope I don't have to move again ;-)
They were so friendly, accomodating, and helpful my move was so much easier. I thought I was in for a stressful pack and unpack but not only was it super economical, but a really good experience managing my own move. From day 1 to delivery U pack delivered as promised. At both ends and the national office all of the people we had contact with were knowledgeable,courteous, and prompt with answers. Our Cube was delivered on time and picked up without any problems. I'd highly recommend them to anyone moving cross country.
We've used U-pack for both of our cross-country moves and each time we've been impressed with the quality of their service. The pick-up/drop-off drivers have been extremely courteous and very helpful as well as the chat and phone staff. I appreciate how easy they make the process and conneting with people throughout the move if a question should come up. The pods have been the perfect way to move both times. Even when errors were made (we were accidentally charged twice) they were promptly resolved, I love this company! Best and cheapest way to move by far!

If you're looking to make a move cross-country, this company is efficient and inexpensive. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find another one like it. The business model includes an intelligent use of space (your goods are walled-off from the rest of the trailer and never touched and sent along with other commercial goods), allows for sufficient time for the individual who is moving to both pack and unpack and is, in short, the least expensive alternative to either driving yourself or having someone else pack it for you.
Our U-Pack experience was by far the best move yet. From the online pricing, scheduling and excellent customer service I would recommend this service to anyone considering it. When we ended up not being able to unload right away, not a problem they stored our belongings until we needed them. All it took was a phone call and our stuff was delivered the next day, fantastic service from beginning to end.
Great moving service. It cost me half comparing to other companies, to move across the country. And even it said around 5 bussines days, it arrived in 3. No hidden fees and the relocube came with 0 problems or damages to my belongings. Thank you Upack, keep up the good work !!!
u - pack price was in line with renting a truck or trailer, and driving it yourself, if you factor in fuel and wear and tear on your body. They worked with my schedule (and even my changes) and the moved turned out to be on time and for the price they quoted. All the people involved were very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to happen.
I was blown away with U-PACK's customer service. Everything they promise in their ad is true. We had an unusual dilemma in that we couldn't have the trailer parked in our street due to the condo association guidelines. They worked with us to park it in another location. The people in Carlisle and Indy are the most professional and competent that u have ever dealt with. After a slight error in cube delivery they performed flawlessly. This was the easiest move I've ever made. They were prompt with original drop off, pick up and delivery. All at a very competitive price. Much easier than driving a U-Haul for 13 hours.
Awesome quick response to any problem. I highly recommend them. Their customer service was excellent. The truck accidentally knocked over our neighbors mailbox. We paid the neighbor and Upack quickly reimbursed us. It was a very tight fit to get the truck into our driveway and was amazing that the driver could maneuver it without knocking the fence down. I have a friend who has his belongings currently held hostage. He has given payment plans which would clear debt in 3 weeks, but they want to rack up the $500/month rental fees. Once we get him out of this, then you will become a target for me.
This company is a joke. They dropped off the trailer across the street and left it hanging out into the street by three feet. After contact the company multiple times about the trailer being in the road and needing to be moved with no success I wanted to share their stupidity. When someone gets killed from hitting this thing in the middle of the night I will make sure their lawyer has all the info I left about requesting this to be moved.
Great moving experience with U-Pack. Much less $ than a moving company and so much easier to take our car and animals and let the driver take our belongs.
Had a pretty good experience. The customer service people and the pick up and drop off people were very nice and accomodating. The only drawback was my guaranteed shipping was a day late. But , they refunded me the money I paid for expedited shipping and a little more for my trouble. Meredith was very kind and kept in contact with me the entire time to keep me up to date. I really appreciated her customer service!
If you are planning to move any distance I would HIGHLY recommend U-Pack. They bring you the truck, you pack it, they come get it, they drive it, they bring it to your new place, you unload it, they come get it, your done. So simple and they do all the driving. We were planning to get a Pod, but it turned out that the Pod company did not serve our destination. Truck arrived quickly and I had plenty of time to pack it. When I called for the truck to be taken away, it was done in less than 24 hours. Truck arrived with my goods 2 weeks later and the driver flawlessly backed it into a spot right next to the spot that was easiest for me to unload. Some things had fallen but all my belongings were there...so my packing issues. Truck was picked up within 24 hours of my call! Awesome process and cost. I would use this company again if/when the time for another move came.

If you are moving, check out UPack. Their delivery and pick up were timely and communication very good. Same experience as you would get with Pods but with a bigger container for your furniture and about half the price.

I used this service to move 21 hours away and it was excellent for what I needed. I decided to eliminate a lot of what I was taking with me so I only needed a 6×8 relocube. My son and packed it and it was picked up as promised the next day. Once I got to Virginia my belongings arrived the next day. I would definitely use company again and I would recommend it others

Moved from Seattle to NYC. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. It was easy to reach representatives and get the answers along the way. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My cube arrived timely, was stored for several months and I was able to pickup exactly when I needed.

UPack was awesome! They were prompt with delivery & very helpful. Only one recommendation the calculation for trailer size needs to be reconfigured as you can easily use the whole 28' with a family of 3 (3-4 br house/apartment)!
Very prompt, everything arrived on time and in great condition. We were estimated to need 7 feet of a 2nd trailer, which we did not need, so had an additional charge for spotting said trailer. No other unexpected glitches. Would recommend U Pack.

Super flexible. No commitments until pick up. They scheduled 2 trucks since I thought I might not fit in one but they let me know I could cancel the second any time. Delivered goods right when they said the would. Stored our stuff (for a reasonable fee) so we didn't have to worry about meeting the truck on time. I'd certainly use them again. They take all the worry out of moving house.
