We used U-Pack for our recent move from Pennsylvania to Kentucky and things went well. U-Pack provided the service just as they said they would with no hidden charges(impressive). We used a 28 foot trailer and it was fully loaded, only a couple items got damaged but at no fault to the carrier. The damage was solely my fault for the way I loaded the trailer. Moved from Florida to Atlanta. Pack and store for 4 months went well. Request to deliver was on time and 4 men I hired to unload and unpack went well. I am 83 and physically handicapped and I did little, except to tell them generally where to place things. Very well done, and we were settled comfortably in little time. I highly recommend this service.
This is the second time we have used this company, I highly recommend them. Our first move was Oregon to Georgia and the second Georgia to Ohio. Both moves our stuffed arrived in a timely manner undamaged. Wr also 3 days to pack the truck and three days unload.

I was worried about how I would get my household goods moved. My best friend researched and found this place online. I chose to go with Upack. I made a reservation and the unit was delivered on the day requested. 2 days later I called after it was all packed for Upack to come get it. It was picked up as requested and after a few days it arrived at the ABF warehouse and was kept there until I requested delivery at my storage unit. They were very professional and I would use them again if I had too! I recommend them to anyone moving
The only moving company who could meet our tight time line and came way under budget. Excellent customer service at every stage of the move from planning to packing to receiving. Never once was put on hold. Service at the distribution centers was excellent. Thanks to Nate in Kansas City I was able to give me access to unpack at the center on a Sunday. i would use them again.
My name is Phyllis bell , I have use unpack twice. This company move me from glen ellyn to Louisville, ky. Both ways the containers where drop on time. Pick up on time! When I got to Louisville, ky containers were delivered on time. The truck driver was so nice! Unpack and abf freight know how to treat the customer! So if you have not use upack, Do so! They had best quotes and best cutomersrvice. I've used termial to terminal service, and all 4 busy yads I've been in have been very helpful and professional. I've used mvers helpers fom UPACK 3 TIMES AND all but one guy was really good and diligent. Even he was nice and professioal, just not very skilled at packing. The next day moving, he did fine. Loading and unloading of trailer went as expected. They provide tie downs, a wonderful ramp to use, and a "security wall" to put up whenever you're done packing. There are also overhead bars that can be adjusted and used as shelves in the trailer. Downsides: when our trailer was to be dropped off the driver was 2 hours late. My move from CA to MN was made as easy as is possible when moving. Drivers were helpful and friendly and so was everyone else I spoke with about my drop off and delivery. My scheduled time for drop off and delivery were on time, as specified. I would definitely use U-Pack ABF Trucking for all my moves in the future.
The move was much cheaper than hiring a professional mover and much less stressful. The staff and driver were very nice and we were able to find out where our belongings were during the move. Very professional and the whole experience was much less stressful than any other move we have had - that includes professional movers who broke a lot of our stuff. Highly recommend them!! the driver came several hours early to pick up the truck - however we were given a discount on our bill due to the inconvenience and that was very nice.

You definitely pay for the quality and they deliver on it. Be sure to confirm your order and read the directions carefully on what numbers you need to call and when. They were very accomodating when I forgot a step! They drivers who delivered the truck were really professional and personable guys. And everyone I met that worked with the company talked about how great ABF treated them as employees, which is a huge deal for me. I could not have asked for a better experience!

We used U-Pack to ship the remainder of our daughter's personal belongings to her after they had been in a storage unit for several years. Just too many boxes for us to transport in our car. We chose to do their terminal to terminal option where we brought the boxes to their terminal, literally loaded them onto the semi trailer ourselves and got terrific help from one of their employees installing the bulkhead divider to secure her items away from the rest of the cargo. Great way to move state to state, helpful, courteous, reliable, and customer friendly.
For a short move, it is very expensive for what you get (basically a large box), but for a long move, it may be worth it - especially if you purchase the guaranteed delivery date. Even then, expect to be on the phone with customer service A LOT! Got my stuff a day later than I anticipated, but it was not a big deal to me. Had some issues with the movers U-Pack recommended, though.
The move was very smooth. Having someone else drive the shipment was a relief of not having to do myself. The drop off for loading was right on time, the delivery for unloading was on time. We had a great experience. I would use them again if I ever decide to move again.
Moved across country from CA to CT and the prices were great, trucks arrived when stated, and communication was great throughout the process. I would use ABF U-pack again.

Will never use them again. Pissed off the fact that they cannot pick the trailer up the same day. Now I have to unload the truck from the front office to my apartment . I would give y'all a zero star for sure. I'm paying 2,000 dollar to do your job and can't pick up my trailer the same day..

Upack was very easy to use and the people were very personable and helpful. One of my biggest concerns was just how much space I would need. They gave me options so I had access to all the space I'd need ad I jonlum paid for what I used!

Everything was conducted and handled smoothly from start to finish. The only issue we had was that we "had" to have them pick up the bulkhead and ramp separately because we reserved the entire 28-foot trailer and there was no room. Normally, we were "supposed" to have both of those items in the trailer, but they were courteous enough to make amends for that.
I coudn't ask for better when i ran into problems.their patience was wonderfull.
I was unsure about using Upack in the beginning but we had no other way to get our house packed up and moved due to our driveway not being set up for big trucks. They work GREAT and the employees at both locations have been AWESOME!!! Will use this service again in the future!
