After some research and reading various reviews, I decided to go with U-Pack. I couldn't be happier with the overall process and service. All of the drivers were very friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent and I was kept up to date on when the truck would arrive at my home. All the standard moving companies want you to fill out a lengthy inventory of everything you plan to put on the truck. U-Pack, how many bedrooms do you plan to move?

Very quick, very efficient, and very friendly. I had booked another moving service who kept delaying and weren't doing anything to make things better. I cancelled them, called U-Pack and had a relocube delivered the next day. All of my belongings were delivered to my new address in 6 days (instead of the 30 days quoted by most other movers) and I saved $700 to boot. Needless to say, U-Pack are awesome and will be my go-to for all my future moves.
U-Pack was excellent with my move down to the details. I recommend them highly. I really appreciated the great communication and tracking of the container especially since there was a lot of travel involved and a hurricane on the loose destined for my arrival to SC. Great experience!! I worked this move from Ocala to Wisconsin while being in Illinois and they made it so easy. Wonderful people helped me out from the Ocala office to the office in Rockford, IL. Delivery guys were great and kept me updated. Not to mention all this happened while they were dealing with a major hurricane that hit Ocala! Their tracking tool was awesome and very accurate. Text messages along the way. Prices were Very Reasonable. Cannot say enough good things about U-Pack! Thank you again!!

Great customer service with U-Pack and ABF freight. Prices were very reasonable compared to those who offered similar services. Containers were delivered on time, picked up and transported in less than 2 days, and picked up on time after unloading. If I have to do another long distance move, I will definitely be using this service again!

I used UPack to move my household effects from Rhode Island to California. It was the best decision I made for this cross country move. The 28' trailer was delivered and picked up just as scheduled. I research every company like U-Pack and found they were the only one that met our high standards. You will be overwhelmed by their customer service and each person that we met from the driver who brought the cube to the person that delivered it 6 days later to my new home, they were caring, thoughtful and wanted to their job in a five star manner. We can't recommend them enough, if we could give them 10 stars we would. They showed us the best position for the cube for loading and unloading, also gave us hints on how to pack it to capacity....the right way.
Have used PODS and UPack. UPack offered super easy scheduling on-line (unlike PODS). Great customer service on phone (unlike PODS long wait on phone). Kansas to California move was smooth and predictable. Would definitely use again. Having to be physically present for container drop offs was not a problem for us (but might be for some). PODS will drop off if you are not home, but you pay a lot more.
The trailer arrived before we did. Very nice, professional, pleasant experience. Our boxes were all over the place, but, that was our own fault, not tying them up properly. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
This company is awesome. Was able to quickly pick it up from Broward County before Hurricane Irma arrived to Florida. Dropped the trailer the day after we arrived so we had our "stuff" especially the mattress (we slept on the floor on our first night). I highly recommend this company. Cheaper than the other trailer/container; cost from Broward to Vancouver with UPack was $5,518 compared to the other company at $9,000 to $10,000.
I used UPack to move our belongings to Montana. Very friendly and helpful customer service at all points. It was an easy and affordable move with UPack. I had initially planned to use PODS, but they do provide service to Montana at all times. UPack was a good alternative and I'm thankful that PODS referred them as I had not heard of their services before. Thanks UPack, I would recommend and use them again.
I don't think I've ever left a Facebook review before, but I have moved twice now with this company and only have wonderful things to say; the price is competitive, everyone I interacted with during my moves (on the phone, in person, including customer service, the guys at the loading dock, the forklift drivers who dropped off my stuff, etc.) was kind, responsive, and super professional. Just a totally refreshing experience.
What a wonderful, stress free move! My house hold goods arrived the same day that I did! I have moved so many times and this was extremely affordable. I felt in control of how my personal belongings were packed in boxes. They arrived when they said and dropped off when promised. Can't get any better than that. Moved from Colorado to Maryland. The process was easy, the move was smooth. The person dropping off the pod gave excellent instructions on how to pack so none of our fragile things were broken. The person dropping off the pod was also pleasant. Customer service is easy to get a hold of and they are really flexible. I would highly recommend this company.
I found the entire experience of using UPack very easy. Pods delivered to my door. Picked up and shipped. No gas cost. Time frame is rather flexible, within limits. Then delivered to end destination, all for one price. They have lots of discounts offered as well. Moved from Oregon to Missouri! These people are wonderful and will help you with anything. The truck arrived on time and we had people to help load it. When I arrived in Missouri the people delivered the truck when needed and everyone was wonderful. U-pack delivered and placed my Pod where I requested it be placed. All the drivers where very helpful with all my questions. They exceeded my needs. They were very flexable with my time and needs. I was able to track my pod from San Jose California to Union Kentucky. The pod arrived with all of my contents just as I had placed them. This was easy. They drop off a trailer, you pack it at your leisure, the way you want, call when it's loaded, and they take care of transporting it to your final destination. After unloading, you make another call for the trailer to be picked up, and the cost savings was fantastic! I will use U-Pack again if I ever move again.

We felt comfortable with U-pack ( also abf freight). Other companies were fast talkers and just didn't feel right. Also your able to negotiate a price that works for both parties. Plenty of room at both locations to load and unload. Our move was from Vancouver WA to North Carolina. Their communication was awesome.
