U-Pack is great for the flexibility of how much to keep or leave behind. U-pack only charged by the linear foot. So after selling furniture, I only needed 9 linear feet versus 14 estimated, saved money.

A friend had moved using UPack and I thought I would, too. It's a cost effective way to move. My move was particularly stressful because of a delayed closing. The fellows at ABF Freight couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
Total nightmare... never use them again. They wouldn't deliver to my final destination. Had to back out of a lease, lose my deposit and find another place to live.

I had a great experience with U-Pack. I moved from Los Angeles to Alabama. The truck came on the day a requested. And they delivered it to the location I wanted on the day I wanted. I had three guys help me unpack the truck and they were very friendly and efficient. I will gladly use them again.
U-Pack's customer service was phenomenal. They worked with us through the uncertainty of a closing date on our house. We moved across the country and they stored our stuff for us, but when I realized we would go over the month mark by a week I called them and they were so great about giving us the extra week without extra charge! It's a great compromise between renting a uhaul and hiring a mover, especially if you need a lot of space and are afraid of maxing out your uhaul capacity. We reserved the entire trailer trailer at what we felt was a reasonable price and then saved $240 because we didn't use all the space. So much nicer than the stress of driving a giant truck cross country (and paying for all that gas)! They estimate 3-5 days off transit time, and I was surprised by how fast our stuff arrived.

Best way to move. I could not picture myself driving a 26 ft van with a full-sized pickup on a trailer behind it at my age. Worked out great. Not one single bit of damage and things happened as scheduled.
Would use U-Pack again in a heartbeat. Only thing I'd change would be a solid ramp instead of lattice type for heavy items with small legs that are too big for a dolly.

Convenient, cube dropped at house, we packed it in New Mexico & met it in Massachesetts. Chose the "store at warehouse" option for 1 month & had access to unload anytime I called & asked. Minor shifting in load but no damage. Will use again if need should arise.
Our experience with U-Pack with our move was awesome! The driver who dropped off our container was very helpful and explained everthing to us thoroughly. We felt the service was super fast! We drove 16 hours to our new home and our container arrived the next morning. When we unloaded it, it was picked up as soon as we called. This company is top-notch. We are very happy we decided to use U-Pack for our move. It helped us move worry-free!
They were really good about everything, except for the timing of the delivery and payment. It was unclear as to when I needed to pay and they didn't deliver on the day I was originally told. The pickup location entered in the day I wanted it delivered and told me it would be delivered, that all I had to do was call, and the delivery location changed that to the next business day (so I had to wait over the weekend). I am very satisfied with this company. I wish I had known about them for my last 2 moves. We did our own packing but their response they're helpfulness their courtesy all was very good I highly recommend them if you're going to make a move I will certainly use them again just I hope not too soon.
This was cheaper and so much easier than Uhaul. I am so glad I decided to do Upack. They even gave me an extra business day to unpack because of the rain in Colorado Springs which prevented my son and I from unloading as quickly as we had hoped.
I was impressed by the pricing and flexible pick up and delivery. They have gave us 5 days to pack which made our move easier and less stressful. They even offer hold on the truck until we get the delivery address. They were so flexible on deivery days without extra cost. They have tracking and you can see at anybtime where is ypur truck. This is the second time I have used abf to move and the continue to get better than before. The price was better than any competitors and they are super flexible with timing of delivery and pick up of the cubes or trailer. This was such a great service for me! The truck driver was extremely nice, the trailer came in a timely manner and arrived at the beginning of the arrival window. A couple of my boxes were damaged during the move, but the items inside didn't break. I don't blame the driver as much as my packing skills. haha Overall, I would highly recommend U-Pack!
